I bought a property in Northern Cyprus this year. To be honest, I researched it 6 years ago and now the prices are 3 times more expensive. But the prices are still much cheaper than the south. I hope it will be profitable.🤔
Don't be an ignorant baffoon and buy a property in the north you will end up losing all your money and agents like this woman will be arrested like others before her
can someone tell me which universities have good degree worth for north cyprus, turkey, south cyprus and other countries? and how much hours they allow students to work?
any property bought in the occupied territory of northern part of cyprus that is cypriot owned property/land and has an original title deed of prior to 20th July 1974 cannot be legally purchased (unless the original owner agrees to it); then it isnt worth the paper its written on. You should remind your viewers and potential buyers of these risks
Yeah I see….now you are saying it will be recognized but two developers are in prison for selling stolen Greek Cypriot properties hmmm Why don’t you wait till TRNC IS recognized? Sounds like if… If my grandmother had balls she would be my grandfather That’s all

If you intend to travel to Cyprus, you should be aware that the so-called "TRNC", the secessionist entity unilaterally declared by the occupation regime, has been condemned and declared illegal and invalid by the International Community through United Nations Security Council Resolutions 541/83 and 550/84. So you are selling basically stolen property
There is no state called North Cyprus. It is occupied territory of The Republic of Cyprus as a result of a Turkish invasion. 80% of all the property is stolen property belonging to Greek Cypriot 215000 people forced out of their homes. Property trading in that area is illegal and can lead to an arrest warrant and trial in the legal internationally recognised court of the Republic of Cyprus, what you naively call "southern"
Northern Cyprus has been a separate state for almost half a century. All real estate that is sold has a title to the land. That is, either always belonged to a Turkish Cypriot or was exchanged for a corresponding plot on the southern side. All real estate is absolutely legal.
@@CYPRUS_LIFE_ESTATE. The titles you are referring to have been issued by an authority of a government of a state not recognised by any country in the world other than Turkey. The United Nations do not recognise this so called state. It is also a result of forcibly moving populations out of their homes.Stop the propaganda, read history.
Talk about Education in your self-called North Cyprus and how scummy agents cheat on foreign students, especially those who come from African countries that end up seeking asylum to the Republic of Cyprus (EU). Talk about properties that the Northerns exploit to sell to Russians, Ukranians etc. for laundering. A total instable economy that is synonym to the Kingdom of Fraud.
How can we talk about some fictitious facts?🤷♀️ Thousands of students receive internationally recognized diplomas. Citizens of many countries of the world buy real estate absolutely legally.
According to you NOT TO INTERNATIONAL LAW. You call an illegal occupation a country. YOU ARE MARKETING STOLEN PROPERTY. What passport do you have show us. If you intend to travel to Cyprus, you should be aware that the so-called "trnC", the secessionist entity unilaterally declared by the occupation regime, has been condemned and declared illegal and invalid by the International Community through United Nations Security Council Resolutions 541/83 and 550/84.
@@CYPRUS_LIFE_ESTATE actually no i do not. Please check the stats on Israelis buying properties in both parts of Cyprus as individuals and also as made up companies!

I literally taught an online class in North Cyprus this summer. If you're looking for the typical capitalist crap like Amazon and McDonald's yes don't move there. The local cuisine is good enough for many. Actually I don't want people moving there so it can stay nice and peaceful.
As an American, I'm very, very confused. Maybe "disadvantage" means something different in Cyprus. All the things you discussed sound like Positive Reasons to move to Cyprus...The People are Friendly (that's a Bad thing?), The Weather is Wonderful (Huh?), No McDonalds and I will be "forced" to eat fresh and tasty food. I think you have convinced me that I need to get a plane ticket to Cyprus. How do you say thank you??
I have moved here to North Cyprus to study, as do many students on the island. This is because the acceptance rate is high and the tuition is not that expensive. However, I regret coming here and I wish the borders were open. My passport is already the worst in the world, let alone being stuck on a part of an island that limits your travel. I cannot apply for any visas anymore. I can't go to turkey. I can't do anything but wait and hope some stuff work in my favor. I am trying my hardest to get out of here as I regret coming in the first place. If you do plan on coming to Cyprus whether it is to north or south, always go through the South, the right way.
You are either misinformed or blatantly lying…. Regardless i do hope that you also be brought to justice for your role in embezzlement of private property
1. Regarding the internet, its not a big issue as i would no matter where i move to, get Starlink from Elon Musk, its reliable >& fast no matter where you live. 2... 7-10 vacation a year lol I live in Denmark here we have 5 weeks paid vacation a year & 9 months paid maternity leave for both parents. If i could afford building a super mansion trust me i would hire foreign work labour which lived at the site of construction & buy the materials in the US / Germany or Asia. Relaxed countries are not just relaxed they are lazy & will jump where the fence is lowest instead of doing their jobs proper.....Thanks for sharing
North Cyprus politicians are the most corrupt in the world. It is well known Ünal Üstel the current Prime Minister uses his brother to extort money from land sellers and developers.
@@CYPRUS_LIFE_ESTATE The most corrupt country in the world with the richest politicians but North Cyprus is an unrecognised banana republic. It doesn't take a genius to work that doesn't make sense. Also, the real estate market is a bubble waiting to pop. The Russians and Ukrainians that flocked there from the start of the war have realised there is no infrastructure to support their lifestyles hence why they are starting to leave. Terrible schools, hospitals, roads. It is only a gambler paradise which is a great way to wash dirty money. The Universities have lost all credibility because of the diploma scandals of recent. Whoever is reading this can do their research and find whatever I have stated is FACT, and if you would like me to go into more detail please ask and I will happily do so.
This lady is GREEK and her aimnis ti show NORTH CYPRUS in a bad kight but to ne she sounded oathetic and made a mess of it because just kisten to her cimments so obvious trying to promote the South
No, you're wrong. She is not Greek and lives in the Northern part of the island. In this video we just wanted to show that even such an ideal place as Northern Cyprus also has its drawbacks.
Reason No1..you don't know if your property is really legal.(Unless if you pay a good lawyer to find out).reason no2 you can't find easily food products ( for example pork ) and clothing brands your family wants....reason no3 it's not a place that you can have any activities you want to do.(Except swimming, some archeological places,).unless you are above 80 you will love it..reason no4 restaurants are cheap but not value for money (I mean you really get what you pay but very low quality foods) except doner offcourse..I went everywhere in Cyprus..but differences are lot up in North.. the worst restaurant of Limassol is even better of the best in kerynia.
