I've been watching your videos trying to learn how to smoke I have a grill like yours but no temp gage how do I make sure my grill is between 200 and 275 degrees
Awesome video! Recently purchased the Expert Grill off-set smoker and I just realized i’ve been doing it all wrong! Is it safe to use this type of smoker as a grill too, for example can I put charcoal in the main area and grill? Thanks in advance! Also, the long plate under the racks with the handles on each side proper way to use that? ☺️
Finally someone who's layed back and down to earth not trying to advertise product and sound like there the king of smoking just instead explaining in simple terms how to smoke on a side smoker. I'm only feeding my family not the world. Lol I'll definitely be watch for more of your videos.
My real question was if you’re using nothing but briquettes once you have your briquettes lit and you have your temp up how do you keep loading briquettes without a bunch of smoke?
They closed their brick and mortar but they still have their food truck located at the Citgo gas station in Spring city across from wawa. Since this post is 2 years ago you may already know
Hey my man! I love these kind of videos and I loved this one. May I make one suggestion though my brother? A charcoal chimney. I'm telling you my dude those are the best things in the world! Get those Kohl's rolling in that chimney, drop them down into that grill, and your golden.
Get a charcoal chimney. Use lump charcoal. When ready dump it near you're intake. Use the other side of your fire box to stage your wood. Gets it hot, ignites almost instantly, instead of smoldering. I get much better results doing it this way. Easier to control fire management imo.
