Respectable houses in this area with real design value sell for under $5M, like 1277 Queen Victoria Ave. A good architect wouldn't put a toilet right in view when you open the bathroom door. They kept the old, sad bushes around the pool from the previous house. They have plastic downspouts spilling water onto their walkways. They can't even arrange their patio cushions without showing the zippers. And oddly, they have an air fryer sitting out in their main kitchen. This is definitely an attempt at a flip - they didn't build it to live in. It still has the dust covers on their smoke detectors.
I wonder if this property sold or the listing became stale and was taken off the market for a little while and will be put back on the market at a later date.
