Yes, Fahrenheit! It gets much much colder here, it’s just a play on after summer we’re so excited to dress warm and then after winter everyone immediately switches to shorts and thinks it’s hot. Haha.
Beautiful job on the bathroom. You should wear safety glasses, tho, especially when taking down that mirror. 😱 Yikes! Removing the baseboards would have been easier with a crowbar. You guys did an amazing job, congratulations! 👍👍
The peel and stick wall covering in the bathroom shouldn't be a problem, because the adhesive on the back is not a wet paste that is susceptible to repeated steam/moisture in the air after it is hung. People use peel and stick (Contact paper) to cover vanities and kitchen countertops, it will hold up. I think the bathroom redo turned out great, I really like the stamp painting you did and the black accents. I like the brick pattern in the peel and stick, but the bricks didn't "line up" evenly all the way across the wall. It's hard though when you're trying to hang and line it up evenly by yourself. The frame around the mirror and the tub enclosure look great, too.

I am wanting to do black round mirrors in my home, but unsure of what size. Can you tell me how long your vanity is? I see the link for the mirror is 36 inches. Round can be tricky so I want to make sure I'm buying the right size for when my house is done being built. Thank you!! The bathroom looks great.
Some of these things are genius!! For shiplap, you could buy a sheet of underlayment/luan I think it was around $15 most recently. Rip the sheet into 8ft strips and then cut them to fit the bathroom. Put them on with a little wood glue and nail gun. Should be almost as easy as the board and button was!!
So far it’s held up great! It’s been about a month now! I also made sure it was on well before hanging the mirror. If needed I can go back and add screws. But so far it’s been great!

Wow it looks amazing! We are looking at buying a new house and I wanted everything "done" already, but this shows that I can make it my own and updated on a budget. How long did it take you to do everything? How did you get it done with your family around? - I only have 1 toddler and feel like I have no time! Did you come up with this style on your own or if not where did you look for inspiration? What kind of paint did you do on the vanity cupboards? Did you do anything to the walls before painting and wallpapering? Did you clean the vanity after sanding? Sorry for so many questions, I just like details to know what I'm getting into lol I can't wait to watch more videos!
I struggle with wanting everything to be done at once too! This bathroom took me over a month, but that’s only because I lost my motivation for a while. Haha. Altogether it would have taken me less than a week if I had really focused. I usually also tried to work on days my husband was home and could help me with all the kiddos! I came up with this style on my own, I had seen some Pinterest pictures I liked so that gave my inspiration but I really put my own spin on it! The vanity is muted sage by behr marquee, but I used their cabinet and trim can! I didn’t do anything to the walls before painting and wallpapering, but it did take a good two coats for the paint. I actually used a hand sander for the vanity and it got most of the dust off, but I just gave it a little wipe down after and painted! I love all the questions! Thank you so much for watching! ❤️
