I’ve never had it in fridge longer than a couple days…we make just enough to enjoy and usually finish it all pretty quickly 😅

Make sure you fully cook the honey mushrooms first. You can also pickle those.

How long did it take for them to grow? My snake plant has 4 big "leaves" (I'm not sure what you call them). Anyways, I've had her for about a year, and she is just now growing another 'leaf' up through the middle. So, I'm not sure how I would propagate that?

I'm. it a thumbs up because, well, bless your heart for trying to teach us something new. I remember when i had learned how to make Mexican food while visiting friends. And turns out, people were so excited to try something new, as i was the omly person who had ever made it in my small East Texas town!!😂😂😂😂 I was 12 years old and friends tbought i was genius in the kitchen.😂

Bean paste? Like you made bean dip with pinto beans? And bird's eye chilis look like hot chili peppers. I have never seen a pepper called Bird's eye. Maybe some of the dried chilis from Mexico are the same thing? And Chinese cooking wine? I'm already pushing it with tofu. You can probably get everything you need in Hoston or Dallas, but get outside the cities and into rural Texas, and you can't even find fresh basil!😂😂😂 ,

Chinese bean paste is made with soy beans and has a salty flavour to it, bird’s eye chilies are just really small red chillies 😊
