I used to watch Nine Broadcast Plaza news on WWOR about a year after I moved to New York City by 1992. Does anyone remember the name of the lady who did the newscast at noon? When the 1993 bombing occurred at the WTC, my family in California watched news coverage on CNN, and because the transmitter on the Towers was off, the only local channel CNN could pipe into was WWOR since they were out of Secaucus, NJ. I remember my mother saying how impressed she was with the lady who covered the event that day.
Sadly, this mark the downfall of the original Sega Sports' NFL games. After they made the best Joe Montana game NFL Football '94 starring Joe Montana, this game does not hold up to it's predecessor gameplay-wise. NFL '98 was the last Sega Sports' NFL game to be release. But... Sega would go on to bring in Visual Concepts to make a spiritual successor in 1999 and it became a widely successful series. That spiritual successor is NFL 2K.
