The first manga, Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin was released in 1983, and since then it gained a relatively big fan base around the world, especially in Finland, where even creator himself visited. In 1986 Toei Animation published the anime for Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin, which became a masterpiece, and got dubbed in many countries. Its sequel, Ginga Densetsu Weed got released in 1999 as manga, and later in 2005 as anime by Studio Deen. In this story we can follow through the adventures of Gin's son. The next sequel was Ginga Densetsu Weed: Orion, where Weed's son is the main character. The manga got published in 2009, and it didn't get an anime adaptation. In 2015 the manga Ginga: The Last Wars started it's run, where a bear, Monsoon disturbs the peace of Ouu. Ginga Densetsu Noah was running 2019-2022.
I've always loved the battouga from Ginga and I've always seen it as a Pokemon move for Lycanroc sucks it never happened cause I think it would be a great callback to this dog anime

He even says in the anime "there is one stronger then me on this island" , refering to benizakura. Riki isnt stronger then akakabuto either, he lost to him 1v1 two times...

@@RAKIRA-xol He is stronger Akakabuto but gin could maybe win against Gaia. Gaia is really strong he was fighting Gin, Ben, Akame, Reima, John, Hyouma, Kurotora, Retsuga and Raiga and kinda going to win. Also you can read it on manga fire
Riki VS Akakabuto (first time in the beginning ) that is just the best one ! Riki fighting to protect Gohei and Daisuke and his son 😢 being the last fighting bear hound was something he took very seriously and he did it all for others. So much pain endured ❤🎉❤ Also Akatora VS Ben is one of the cooler ones. The instant Akatora remembers who Ben were ! And finally in the end where Akatora dies for Bens sake ! I say for Ben because Akatora always said he would die for Ben since he rescued Akatora and his Brothers all those years ago. He also said that dying to protect Ben is something he'd easily do. I.E he didnt die for the cause ! Or the group. He fucking died for Ben. Thats true honor and comradery ❤
