For me mine was awakened through a dream. It was rather quick when I entered the whiteness of bliss. I was not able to fully comprehend exactly what I was looking at. But I did understood that it was all about LOVE I was shown what love was with the extreme lack of it throughout my childhood growing up with extremely Cold and a violent household. It was a vision of my memories deteriorating from the right side of my mind and when I was conjuring up a thought from the left side of my mind to the crown instead the thoughts disappeared and the thought “ Your not ready” appeared in the crown than I was taken back down to earth. I awoke in a frenzy feeling this powerful energy radiating through out my soul. I felt like a robot that was only capable of functioning with LOVE being the only program. My ego was depleted out of me than a day later I felt the ego regenerate back into my stomach. I was belching quite a bit days after as well with a new profound outlook on life that makes me feel to this day a bit alienated because most do not understand.
I think enough fear mongering is being done by ppl who know nothing about kundalini awakening... Everytime I do kundalini I ask for a soft and loving progressive energy that my system can handle easily. It's always a beautiful and replenishing experience.
Whenever im wearing rudraksh(5face) , in three months im getting pustules with severe pain. It is not going until I remove the rudraksha. Not sure what i have to do.. may be its curse for me😢
When the chakras are aligned and the crown chakra is open, the kundalini energy will flow freely. Its so strong that it burns everything except itself. Like guruji mentioned its better to slowly go through the growth proces. 🙏
I see many comments where people were harmed more than they were benefited. Raising Kundalini, activating 3rd eye all this is satanic and evil. At least thats what I feel and have heard from people who experienced it.

I want a kundalini awakening. I want to heal . Ive tried 2 kumdalini yogas. They didnt do anything. I used to do regular yoga and cardio and meditation. The universe just goves me setbacks. Setbacks in my health,and my employment. Apparently im nkt supposed to work ill get a job ,yhen im. Told its not the right job. That i gave to let go of the need for money. Ok well stop raising prices 🙄 ,give me the right job. Stop fucking with me im so tired of it all
Only by intent and purity of intent nothin else raises it. But you will forget everything this body you will look at ur hands bugs n bees will be playing on the body. Them you will recognize as freind but your body will be forgien. Walking talking eating cooking all this must be relearned it happens fast. But man it fun got it on video

shiva have anger issue while the buddha is not, shiva have desire while the buddha does not, shiva is karma yogi while the buddha have attained nirvana and free form the karmic cycle, the buddha taught 84000 ways of attainment.
nursery student talking about Ph.D. Holder…what a time came on Indians, still Indian listen to such ppl… that is why even having 140cr ppl in India, we lags in every good thing in the world… take an example of education, health, environment, hunger, corruption, employment, and many more…. You cannot compare the supreme enlightened one, the Buddha, to any entity except another Buddha, somewhere in this infinite universe. Sorry to see your methods of research are flawed, guru!
