Lost Souls has caught a side effect in this game, they have an extra flame sprite for a better or "smoother" flame animation. So everytime they call a "chase" tick, (when they go to next sprite flame) causes them to me much more aggressive. Example Doom 2 Skulls have 2 frames. less aggressive Doom 64 Skulls have 3 frames. more aggressive So.. Doom 2 skulls calls a chase every 1-2 frames when Doom 64 Skulls calls chase every 1-3 frames. Does it make sense? Haha Btw awesome stream sessions. And if you're curious, I'm working on a mega wad for Doom 64, it basically changes Doom 64 totally. lol I have a lot of videos & wad progression updates on my channel, with all new textures, sounds, monster sprites, & voiced dialogues. I also discover new stuff & tricks, script tricks within the remaster engine.

@1:39:39 The minions are the most annoying thing of this game followed by the controls but they have a hitbox amongst each other and can knock each other out.
I think the reason you can take only three rust stone after that Lao fight is because you inventory is full, and as far as I know there is no "send reward to box" option in first gen
