Very good arcs I want to make one too What mosfets are you using and what is the Suply voltage I’ve got a zvs made with smd mosfets but it’s not good enough can you help me please
It's a good circuit! The only issue that I ran into, was that the LED was dimly lit during normal operation. There is a bit of leakage, however, it was easily fixed by adding a 1,2k resistor from the positive at the LED to ground.
@@madScientist99 Yup. If i'm not wrong, red LEDs are generally lower voltage, while blue ones are higher. I've also tried with two 1,2k resistors in series now, and it works better!
@@samarium7000 yes red leds are lower voltage, they do leak , I also add resistors in that case or add an blue led in series , I have used blue one just for the video 😅 cz i known red is going to leak & I have to explain why adding extra resistors in the video
This is what I've been thinking because doing like a little motorcycle why wouldn't you want to use like the rickshaw bldc motor because of the lower torque and you can always.. change the gearing to get higher speed but you always still have the torque. Because I am a heavy guy 360 lb big fat dude capable of building from scratch like you I love people that make their own bikes motorcycles and the other ideas. And just like the saying necessity is the mother of invention people like Us other ones that make the world a better place. Would love to pick your brain about the motor and battery setup I should use. Please get back always use Google translator if different languages a problem watching your video you feel like a brother from another mother. Play don't tell me I can't do somethin build it myself if it's not available. Peace out God bless my friend hope to talk to you please get back to me Garrett bodel Halifax Massachusetts.
actually it's a e rikshaw motor just a bit better quality, I have used less powerful motors as well like 2.5kw peak in bikes they also works fine just heat up a bit after long use and also the top speed is low like 70kmph , but they also works just fine with proper gear ratios
Hi friend, I have the same controller, yesterday it had a short circuit in the last phase, I changed the 4 mosfets of the burned phase, I measured with the multimeter and none of the phases sound positive or negative, but it still does not accelerate, the lights turn on and everything. Does anyone know if another component apart from the mosfets usually break?
first of all check the motor , if it's okey then check the controller, there are Smd Diodes & fusable resistors near the MOSFET they can get shorted/burned , test & replace them it's common if all 4 Mosfets are gone
it's for the gate voltage , power supply is continuously connected to the circuit & in place of switching the main power source I am using a switch in gate voltage supply of these Mosfets
Thank you so much 😊😊,, actually it's just for testing purpose in future when am actually build a robot using this joints am gonna replace this pots with linear hall effect sensor 🦾🦾 because overtime traces will get damaged
@@zadvigatel exactly what I am thinking, am gonna use linear hall effect sensor, mainly due to low lifespan of these potentiometers , & freedom of rotation angle is still kinda fine cz am going to use them in robotic arms max travel around 180° , but the lifespan ahh 🤧💀
