Actually this is my favorite MerDer scene ever.. There's just something about it- the unconditional love emaning from them as they collide their heads against one another, the softness of their voices, and gaze, understanding eachother without having to explain anything, them cuddling and resting- I can't believe they turned out not to be endgame 💔
MerDer will always be endgame, even if not on screen. She will never be as happy with anybody as she was with Derek and to me that’s endgame enough. I like her with Nick, but it isn’t the same by far. I still have hope that the end of the show shows them stroll hand in hand down that beach together. 😭
So she complain about Derek and Meredith and she punished her, but she never did the same with Cristina when she found out issue with Burke, I loved that Mer has worked her ass off and she has become a great surgeon.
I know I’m late to the game but this is my favorite aos edit and these two are only second to fitzdaisy. After watching all the seasons I really appreciate this!😭🥹😩❤️
