Stop trying to be different to stand out. for a beginner trying to find what they like there is nothing bad with jumping around. Just get better at your job instead of trying to confuse people and trick them into thinking they’re wrong.
You're amazing Crak, greetings from Latin America, Ecuador. I just followed the previous recommendations and I'm getting incredible results, all in the simplest and well-structured way to apply it. Greetings, this is a success!
Great stuff. I lived and worked in Shanghai for 6 months in 2018 and trained in Murat's gym (Reebok Crossfit MeWellness). I really admire what he built there: great community with a mixture of Chinese people and foreigners, great coaches from several countries and challenging workouts with emphasis on learning the technique, which is something I've rarely seen in other gyms. Watching this podcast resonates very well with what I saw back then: Murat not taking shit from the members, not accepting that people are late, not accepting that people do things half-assed, taking his time to help those who needed improvements in more specific aspects (me for example with front-rack mobility for front squats / cleans etc) and really being a leader for the coaches. A phrase he wrote on the white board one day is the first line of my Master Thesis in the acknowledgements section: "you suffer more in imagination than in reality, so get your shit together and leave imagination" and I try to live by that!
i appreciate this more than you know ::) thanks for making time to listen to the podcast and sharing your experience with me here..❤❤ always a pleasure to hear from you 🙏
Some feedback here, I just saw your channel and you have put a lot of work, however I found the videos lacking content sometimes, more like an instagram media reel. I think you should focus on clearer message, punchy lines and remove unnecessary minutes, I would say the audience looks for quality advice presented in a straight manner. Just my thoughts mate
Ridiculous garbage, fear will always be there in everyone's lives it's how you deal with it that counts. Courage is not defined by having no fear, it's defined by having fear but doing it anyway. The only people who have no fear are psychopaths and sociopaths, if that's you I'd go see someone.
Amazing vid Si, so needed to hear this! Great to see you doing these longer videos again, these are your best. Can you do more of these again covering lifestyle, personal development, mindset and health.
