For a 58m. Tag price it looks so cramped inside facade outside is so decieving +points only for having a swimming pool, the owner should have hired a contractor to change the interiors before selling the house, for realtors to attract buyers.

The house looks generic and over-embellished (too much going on.. facade has faux wood tiles, stone textured tiles in various colours, chrome at the gate, while the interior is a mismatch of everything... ) If you are going to spend that much money, at least get a good architect with impeccable taste.
Yes, that’s right :) at the time, the house was leased out so the owner took it off the market. Now, it’s back in the market at 40M given the appreciation of house prices :)
