My Name is Nick Taber. I am a personal Trainer that has lived through a lot.
I am 35 years old and I have an obsession with making the entire world healthy. I grew up with cerebral palsy issues and in the late 80s and 90s and a lot of folks counted me out and making me feel that I was limited in what I could do. With help I worked through 99% of the physical and emotional issues over the years. I became a certified personal trainer specializing in training children, teens and adults with reducing and getting rid of anxiety and depression through physical fitness. I am excited to help you out

I’m glad you chose to stick around Nick! Whenever you get to those low points, remember to cry out to the Lord Jesus. He will help you. You’re not alone. Reminisce on the good times with your grandma. Those memories will uplift you. Continue to persevere. You are strong! You can do this. Keep working towards your goals and dreams. I pray you receive comfort and great opportunities in the near future. ❣️ “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
Good video! Keep climbing one step at a time! It’s kind of an inspiring video to keep going especially through the hard stuff. Somebody used to say that to me. 🤔 #Climb
Keep pushing along! It's a marathon not a sprint. Don't get too hard on yourself. You are doing a great job! The adversity makes you stronger and helps you grow.
We all have those weeks. Keep climbing as you always do and you will accomplish what you want to accomplish in time. It's inspiring to see you always pushing yourself to be YOUR best. We all have to struggle to get anywhere. If we never struggled as humans, what fun would that be?!
Keep fighting through it! This is great to just see your progress within each week. You set a goal, now you go after it with all you can and do YOUR best. We all have obstacles to overcome and seeing your journey here is inspiring.
How was the egg sandwich? It looked really good! Never thought of adding spinach to an egg sandwich. I usually if I make an egg sandwich I just make a couple fried eggs and toast with butter.
We all need to regroup sometimes for our mental health. Keep climbing! We all need to push ourselves each and everyday. But sometimes taking a step back is more like two steps forward. The journey to get to success is the fun part. David Goggins even had to stop being a navy seal at one point after a heart condition but still found a way to get work done for them. Outlasting the governor of our minds is a continual goal for all of us. Difficult but necessary. #Climb #strive #Believe
In fact I was eating ritz pb crackers at the time I started watching the video. But as I watched more I realized I just ate a granola bar and decided to stop eating the pb crackers until later.
My biggest problem with fasting is more about getting so wrapped up in my work or whatever i am working on and sometimes will forget to eat lunch until it is almost supper. Not something I intentionally do, just a really bad habit. I am going to do my best to use this coronavirus lockdown as a positive to break that habit.
Awesome plan! If this happens on occasion then it is okay. That is normal to get wrapped up in something. That is not the same as fasting, remember that it needs to be once in a great while
Personally, I would not go more than 6 to 8 hours without eating a small meal. At least a small meal. It depends on your job, What are you do through the day, and even your current state meeting your sickness or health. You should always have a steady amount of water through the day.
@@Taberfitnessacademy thanks! I was just curious for future reference. What would be considered a small meal? I am.not much into fasting. I like to eat. But it is good to learn especially on busy days if you can't grab lunch or supper even.
That was a really good video! Thanks for sharing! It definitely helps to remember Jesus is with us every step of the way. Even though we cannot always see it. Jesus afterall was human so he understands. But anyways hearing your journey of faith is great in these times that can SEEM hopeless. I come from a very religious family. But we are all different and should be different. The different religious beliefs are a great thing! We all have our own journey in faith too. I have always been intrigued by different faiths or religions. #Climb
