My Vida v1 was showing starting problems for a few days. On July 3, 2024 it completely stopped. I asked for Road side assistance through their App and immediately got a complaint number along with assurance that my grievance will be sorted out soon. After waiting for many hours I contacted the local dealer who gave me another number saying that the toll free number given in the App does not work properly. The second number too game me similar assurance promising me to pick the vehicle within one hour. I recd no responce till 11 AM the next day. Again I contacted the local dealer who gave me a new contact number. Again assurance given that within one hour my grievance will be sorted out . Now it is 6 PM, second day since my grievance was raised. I am still waiting for Vidas responce 😢 I shall update when my issue is sorted out.
