Did you read the instructions on webers... you need to heat on full for 10 minutes with lid down to get grills up to temps, quickly put meat in and close lid... flip meat once and leave until times up. Then take out and rest meat 5 to 10 mins covered before cutting or eating.

@@itsmePassportBro it’s new to us, and so is caravanning in general…. It’s a huge improvement over tents/swags… could we do with more storage space? Probably yes, but as the kids get older it’ll be perfect for the two of us.

Good honest video you two. Try some oven bake paper under the pizza next time. Also a metal tray may give a crustier base. I should tell you about my son's aventures cooking pizza over the simpson desert sometime. You done great. Should have seen the results of his lol. Oh and thanks. just something else I need to buy.
Thank you for the video! We are getting the same van but we are having trouble finding a decent sized fridge that can fit due to the height of the fridge cubby. What fridge have you guys found that fits well? We are also planning to install an oven in ours as well, can't wait to see your next video!
Thank you. We purchased an Engel MT-V60F and use it as a fridge, because we have another Engel in our town car that we use as a freezer. We’ve had it for about 17 years so that’s why we went with that brand again. You can get other brand fridges that are larger and still fit, as mentioned in the video. We’ve since fitted the oven, but I’m yet to edit the video, keep checking our channel it’ll be uploaded in the near future. Enjoy!
