Heather, I’m so happy I found you on RU-vid! I’m a new subscriber! This was a great video for me because I started WW 2 months ago and I’m so interested in what other successful ladies are doing. I love a lot of your favorites too. My must haves are La Banderita tortillas, Laughing cow cheese, Thomas’s Lite English muffins, Sara Lee Delightful bread, Lite and Fit yogurt and Fudgesicles no sugar added pops. They are only 1 point and they’re AWESOME! 😀
Oh yay! Somebody else doing ww who is also gluten intolerant! I’m sorry you’re gluten intolerant but I am as well. So now you just have to start uploading some more content. 😁 jk..kind of. Lol. I subscribed and I’ll be watching your old content. I am recommitting to following ww today and I’m meal prepping and planning. All the things lol. I really enjoy your videos.
Geez only 21 points. I'm sure some minerals, and vitamins will be missing on this plan. I have been given 23 points. I feel it's unsustainable. Eating a lot of chicken which is feed a bunch of seeds and soybeans is not the best protein. I am going to do my own version of this and use beef in place of most chicken and use cod fish too. I just got my teeth healthy by including full fat dairy and now on this plan it will use up all my points...lol I'm not sure why I paid for this since I don't think of it as healthy.
I'm exactly where you are!!! I took time off for the holidays and I am struggling to get back on track...who knew taking time off.. it would be so hard getting back to my plan...really frustrating 🙄 wishing you good luck
This was posted a week ago but I hadn’t quite switched over when I was filming this video. The next one is me switching to using the new plan and I still sometimes say bites. Old habits die hard.
Added them in for this next video. While I’m mostly to points, I do like to check the calories some days so, after thinking about your question again, yes and no 😂
Heather, this is helpful information. I recently joined WW so any suggestions are welcome. I will say however, you need to slow down. You talk too fast and it's difficult to catch everything you are saying. Just some constructive criticism because what you are doing is beneficial. Congratulations on your 25 lb weight loss!!
Thanks Polly! I have heard that and while I try to consciously fix it, old habits die hard. You can try adjusting the watch speed to see if that slows me down. I usually use it to speed people up.
It's good to see you again, I was wondering how you were doing! You mentioned the blue dot from WW, in iTrackBites if you click at the top where it says "today" it will give you all the days that you tracked and if you were within your point range there will be a little green dot underneath it. I am not normally within the green range because I eat until my calorie limit so I go over my points...but if that is a motivator for you I just wanted to share =)

I just recently joined WW again and I got a great promo deal! 6 months for only a little over $12 plus they sent me a cookbook! Not sure if that is still going on. I also followed green and now I like the new plan so much better. (Free eggs and avacado for me)
@@HeatherGreigh I should say it’s just over $12 for a month instead of $21… and I get that deal for 6 months… rereading my comment and I don’t think that was clear lol
