In May 2018, Kyel Golly founded a platform through a network of creatives being documented from inner-city Brisbane, described as the “lost, found and free” (Not Your Ordinary - 2012-2017). From graffiti artists to rappers, to fashion designers, to beatmakers, to guerrilla photographers and Brisbane’s nightlife, @No1network aimed to form the ultimate nexus of artists for all things fresh and ‘street culture’.
As the art grew, and an underground culture became more accepted amongst the city, members of the crew have embodied a new wave of leading artists amongst Australian street culture and the Hip Hop scene.
NO.ONE NETWORK aims to be become the home of Brisbane City street culture and hip hop, providing support for Brisbane and Australian creatives via the freshest, most genuine, homegrown content, parties, and merchandise. No1 aims to re-generate the life amongst its city, highlighting Brisbane as a leading hub for Australian youth, street culture, and independent artists.
