hey, it would be great if you could share / upload some MG friendly exercises that we can follow for weight loss. On most days, i am so scared to exercise fearing the weakness i would feel post that. Your video could really help me!
I am having such a hard time getting family and friends understand what MG and I offer reading material about what it is and I so want their support but it’s just not there. I get so frustrated and there for anyone of them. My faith and conversations with my Lord keep me going. Thanks for the good work you do. God Bless !
