When our own time to stop cruising came and sedentary life replaced our nomadic existence, the idea to continue the dream through our fellow cruisers became our raison-d’être. The first thing that is striking to many new cruisers is the beautiful philosophy, helpfulness and honesty that is seen between boaties. This is the philosophy that we wished to keep at the time of the birth of Nautilus Yacht Management in 2011, and which is will continue to remain ours for as long as we remain in operation. As boat brokers, and once beginners yachties ourselves, the memories of the trepidation and confusion we felt while venturing into the second-hand boat market is all too fresh. This is something that is ever present in our daily life as brokers today. Patience, helpfulness, honesty, and treating everyone with the utmost respect is very important to us at every stage of our work. ⛵️🏝

Firstly sir thankyou for the tour of your beautiful boat. One thing i will say, is nice to have the owners walk you through the boat & fill you in on everything thats important. Well done. You do have a very nice sail vessel , Jeaneau. ! It will sell , no problem there. I am in eastern Canada , on north atlantic. ( rough area ) but beautiful. Need to sail south for good experience. & sunshine. Thankyou sir for your video.
When did you purchase Sunny? I saw another video of owners of Sunny that say they bought in 1/2023. Just trying to understand the ownership timeline. Thanks
Hi Martin, yes this is correct. Our company actually sold Sunny, ex Belladonna, to and Australian couple (Dyllan and Maria), in January 2023 in Tahiti. They had planned to keep the boat a few years but a change of circumstances forced them to sell. Sunny's current owners had sailed the Pacific on their monohull but had some months left of their sabbatical and as someone wanted to purchase their monohull in Australia they sold it and purchased Sunny. They had already seen the boat back in Tahiti but had to sell their monohull first and the timing didn't work. We sold Belladonna in a week. When they saw her come back on the market this time they were ready. Now their sabbatical is coming to a close and it is time for Sunny to find a new family.
I noticed this vessel a few weeks back. Stunning boat and if we had the cash, we would both jump in. Good luck with the sale. Its in amazing condition.
Hi Carey, we have a delivery team who can do it. They do this trip back and forth regularly. Please get in touch via our email address at info@nautilusyachtmanagement.com if you would like more info. Thanks for watching!
@@alpfernandez-worldsharers8513 yes. The price is a little negotiable, but the boat is well priced and immaculate. Have you looked at the specs? Please contact Anna at info@nautilusyachtmanagement.com if you would like to organise a video tour or if you have any questions. Our YT page is not always monitored daily. Many thanks, NYM team.
Hi Corrie, thank you for your message, The beam is 13'5". A very beamy and comfortable little yacht. You can still find all the details on our website. www.nautilusyachtmanagement.com/listing/brewer-44-centre-cockpit-cutter
@@NautilusYachtManagement Once it sells, that info will probably be taken off line. If you post the price in the comments or the description, it gives us a snapshot of where the market was at to people watching this video in the future.
Hi, my boyfriend recently bought a Brewer 44 (hull 283) and we are doing a full refit on her. I caught him this morning drooling over this video as it is his dream for his boat to one day look like yours. One thing he really wants is a solar arch just like yours. Is it custom or is there somewhere he can look to find the dimensions and design? He has a ton of other questions and would love to pick your brains, if you're available. Thanks and good luck with the sale.
