I bought your tone backup 4 years ago. As I was about to save the backup from my keyboard to the computer, a notification popped up. I didn't notice that notification well. Just looking for the answer from me by the said notification Yes or no? I gave yes without noticing the question. Later I noticed that the tone was not installed anymore. There is no harmonium, no DJ tone in the sample. Almost 10/12 samples are missing. But all the rest are in that computer. However, I have all the samples and tones on my keyboard. But, when I connect the USB, the computer does not show those samples. 🥺 Can you help me brother? Is there any solution to this? I am speaking from Bangladesh. 🇧🇩
