So for everyone who's been diagnosed with celiac... how accurate is the blood test?? In 2017 I started getting bad trapped gas in my chest which was so painful i thought i was having a heart attack (i was 20 yrs old) Then i would get so nauseous after eating but i felt SO hungry at the same time Back then my mom suggested trying a gf diet and i felt so much better and lost 60 some lbs. Now sometimes i can have some gluten but if i have too much the nausea comes back along with heart palpitations. Ive never been tested through a biopsy But my blood test came back negative I am just wondering because obvi if i have celiac i wanna eliminate all gluten But if its just a sensitivity then id feel more comfortable splurging like maybe on a holiday Any thoughts? Im now 27
Thank you for this really informative video, it has shown my daughter how it works. And to not hold her poo as its been a problem for her and now causing problems going to the toilet comfortably. Hoping this helps
I have terrible IBS!!! KETO made me feel much better. I ate a lot of cruciferous vegetables. They didn't bother me. On Keto i ate no bread, pasta, sugar. Drank water every day. Took supplements. Magnesium helped me sleep. I felt like a brand new person! I lost 40 lbs! The biggest mistake I made was quitting the Keto diet! I gained my weight back. My IBS is horrible! I feel like crap! Plus I picked up the horrible habit of drinking wine!
Thank you for this simple explanation. I found out yesterday nuts and dried fruit was a big problem at work I had them in my pocket everyday and are nuts almonds high in fodmaps? I also tend to lay in bed when not at work so it might affect the gas etc of digestive track.
Anyone have any recommendations on how to prevent the blockage from happening? My son is struggling with getting backed up and I’ve tried fiber, prune juice, miralax, water, etc. thanks in advance!!
I am honestly at a loss… my kiddo has been diagnosed by his pediatrician with Encopresis.. he withholds forever. He has to be either forced to go to the bathroom or will only try to go with incentives & rewards.. have tried everything to soften this young boys stool & be patient & try to show him that going to the bathroom is nothing to be afraid of… but he just KEEPS backsliding… he stopped for almost a whole year! That’s the longest time he has been without withholding.. & now he is back to his withholding ways.. he is 7 & has just started second grade. I do not know how to get this under control 😕 he has been struggling with this encopresis since he was almost 4. So for a few years now.. any tips would be greatly appreciated. Mom & I are at a loss!
This is this is a great video but Senna and miralax are the wrong laxatives for children. Magnesium is a natural substance that we need and most people are deficient in it which can cause constipation. Miralax especially with autistic children and special needs children can cause anger so I highly recommend not using miralax parents please it's not good for your kids. It really messes with their brain my kids took it for like 6 months and was so angry and it didn't even fix his constipation problems. Please please avoid Miralax and laxatives. All doctors will prescribe this horrible drug and it is horrible consequences.
