One of the most extraordinary plays ever written. I will always be thankful that I saw it in London with many of the original cast. Alec McCowen played the priest.
Nicely done, as ever. And no, I didn't think the removal of the spectacles was distracting. If anything it had a nice dramatic quality going into the song.
