One can't build a significant muscle mass without some form of relatively frequent, intense physical activity / training. Therefore, I agree with the first statement. As far as diet goes, I've tried everything; from raw vegan, to even raw animal based. Animal based diet is the best in general and even if you sometimes eat garbage food like grains and sweets, you will still thrive and look great, especially if you're into lifting.
Interesting question. Back primary consists of pulling movements. So really think about how many ways you can pull a dumbbell. Only a few, primarily a bent over dumbbell row, or a seated dumbbell row. However if you do not have access to a rowing machine or a cable rowing option. You should find a pull-up bar or something similar. You can get a great back pump with dumbbell rows and pullups.
Why would Sam train so hard if it was all about taking Tren and thats it? Why are pro bodybuilders hours in the gym every day for no reason if the drugs do 90% of the work?
@@lordenvincar if he trained as hard effort wise without steroids, he wouldn’t be any where near as big. Not even close. So look it at that way. I’ve used tren. It’s fucking insane how big you get. Even if I train at 50%
HIGHLY decontextualized. No way he's only trained his arms once a month. Maube now he does because he wants to balance other muscles' sizes but he deffo trained those arms much more before.
