4 years ago that house would have been 320,000 k max. I think living in the Orlando area has just become too expensive and I have been here my whole life. Ocala or Citrus Springs offers much better value for money especially if you have a work from home job.

I’ve lived in Orlando all of my life since ‘89. I’ve watched this city grow much like you have. Cost of living has definitely gone up quite a bit due to supply and demand. It’s city beautiful. Many want to live here due to the tourism and lifestyle. Ocala and Citrus Springs have become the to go to cities for families to relocate to, and for folks to retire. For now it offer great opportunities. Ocala is growing rapidly, and Citrus is trying to catch up. Prices will begin to rise here too in the long run. A lot of growth and job opportunities are coming soon to Ocala. I’d be happy to get on a call with you a chat a little more about it. I always enjoy listening to different views. I like the master bedroom. It appears to be a solid house. Are there any houses in view behind the backyard? I always like to see the Hvac shown - brand, etc. Nice showing 👌
Hello James! Thank you for watching the tour. In reviewing the drone footage there is a house behind this one. You can't really see it because of the trees that weren't cleared by the builder. If anything a tree line can be left in place to provide privacy if some of the remaining trees are cleared out to a certain point. This one does have great finishes. Yes, but sadly there are parts of marion oaks that are HIGH crime. Not recommended as your 1st community here in central fl specially if you have kids. Lots of police presense there due to this high crime. So always do your research, been living in the Lady Lake, Ocala area since 2012 so... let this sink in, i will NEVER rent or own anything in or near marion oaks... its a nope for me. Do your own research but yeah. Its a nope for me
@@Kholoured thank you for watching the tour. Yes crime does exist here and pretty much everywhere you go regardless of the zip code as it also occurs in Lady Lake. Unfortunately a criminal will commit crime wherever and whenever. We can only take measures to protect our families wherever we are. @@3sons66 I appreciate the feedback. The back patio is definitely a feature I didn’t like for this one. For the price they are asking for you should have a covered patio, or at least a cement slab. The exterior is taking on a minimalist design. Some like that, some prefer a little more involvement with the design. I feel like everything is still COVID priced. Some homes, gas, food, etc. What areas interest you when it comes to finding a home?

@@annajoyce6549 the kitchen is stunning. Unfortunately this one doesn’t have the window, but with just a quarter turn of you head to the right you have that 8ft sliding door to look through! I tried… 😂

Is this builder Estela? Saw this same property w/a different realtor. Think it was the one in Marion Oaks? Who remembers? Regardless, I really love this layout everything has its designated area.

Hello I saw a video of this same home in Spanish and the realtor mentioned the rooms were about 12x13 and master 14x13. Can you find out the exact dimensions ? As that realtor also mentioned there were 2 walk in closets & I’m so bummed out because there’s clearly only one. Your video was super informative and detailed!! Thank youu!
@@Jermandjo hello and thank you for watching my version of the tour. I appreciate the support. So the three rooms are: 13’4”x 10’4”, 12’2”x11’7”, and 13’6”x11’8”. The primary bedroom is 14’2”x12’10”. The measurements I took from their website. This one only has one walk in closet. If you were to raise the wire shelves and add shelves underneath you could maximize the space there. @@iamjosegreyes I think that the price is okay, but it would be more reasonable at between 485 and 515 just because Apopka is the boondocks for many of us. Absolutely beautiful home, though.
@@BelladoniusMonk that’s fair to say. To be honest this one is just minutes off the 436. There are a lot of shopping centers close by. This isn’t too far into Apopka. I thought it was a great location. Price wise, the seller may ask for a specific price, but it’s all up to the appraisal. This one is definitely much nicer in person. I can see it come down a bit in price with the right offer. Time will tell if it stays on the market longer than they would like.

You walk into the home you’re in the living space and have the kitchen and dining area within the same space. You the have the split room layout as well. Most homes will look like this.
