Watching Jon smile and hearing his voice on a classic surrounded by youngsters carrying the torch is sooooooooooooooooooo uplifting and spiritual. One word "Beautiful"
Just amazing the voice on this guy! Sounds great, as good as 50 years ago. One thing I did notice, it takes a whole lot of musicians to duplicate the sound that Yes made in concert with only 4 musicians and a singer/sometimes rhythm guitarist.
This makes me so happy! Perhaps we have a future after all! What a shame that so few people have seen these videos, when a girl in a vest doing nothing much gets millions of views. Such is life! Well done to the academy and thank you to Jon for all he has contributed to my life without knowing it.
That was the most joyous thing I have watched in years! Fantastic to see Jon sharing the stage with these amazing youngsters and "giving" these songs to them. Just beautiful.
I met John and his wife in Monterey California. They were getting something to drink at a quick stop! I couldn’t believe how sweet and kind they both were . He was on his way down the coast to play a show ! Anyone who has ever met him probably has the same impression. So positive and inspiring and seeing this is the cherry on top! 👽✌️🙏
YES! He and Janie are the sweetest human beings... Jon (not "John") is a dee-Light -- so glad you got to meet him, you'll never forget, for I have never forgotten that special moment after a YESShow backstage when my wife and I told him we only played his music at our wedding, he went "Weeeee!" -- I asked her to take care of him and she has: the Andersons are angels on earth. God bless them!
Seen Jon so many times, he has never failed to impress, you can just feel the passion he has for the music, have tickets to see him in June, can't wait
Jon's still got it. Amazing! Lead guitarist is ripping. I love this incarnation of Jon playing smaller venues with Band Geeks and Rock Academy. Jon should keep doing it long as he can. Forget a Yes reunion, this is better. Jon surrounded by all those talented, dedicated young players and singers that absolutely love Yes music. The perfect way to round out an amazing career and hand off classic Yes for the next generation to love as we have.
Magical!! Got goose bumps the 1st time I heard this song in the early 1970s, and still do to this day. Wonderful to see a generation of young kids basking of this brilliant music.
