We are so fortunate compared to so many others. The devastation is so unbelievable. I do t think anyone expected any of that for the northern states above Florida.
I think it would work on anything as long as your base layer is prepared properly for whatever the surface is. I haven’t tried to make different size cracks. Usually with other crackle mediums the thicker areas tend to be bigger. I may give this a try again. I still have the same can of hair spray. lol! I’ve used it more crafts than on my head 😆
