Red line is on the wrong line? Should be on the fixed line. It will get caught in the line mount if you use the QR. It’s only there to avoid losing the camera so should be on the fixed line side
Same colour insert rod allows sliding and should be attach to front line that is attached to your kite leash. In an emergency, the mount should slide on the front line that is attached to your kite leash. The different coloured insert rod is the lock rod. The lock rod should attach to the front line that flags (moves away from rider and goes slack) with the bar and the back lines in an emergency.

One of the insert rods rides freely on your 'flag line' while the other insert rod keeps the linemount in place and uses the same center line that does not flag. I have deployed the quick release numerous times and the linemount will slide along the 'flag line'.
