@Leorgo not sure, it was an mbrp exhaust in this video i think. I've since switched to a thermal 2.5", got a video or two of that if you wanted to see how those look.
@@KenKyleRacing oh nice I'll check them out. I seen a video of the thermal 3" and since wanted it. I just don't want it to protrude too far or be obnoxiously loud. I'll look for your videos for reference
Just thought I would check the fit plug and connectors again. 1 was loose middle of the dc control board and I moved the plug to the wall from the power strip. Either way it’s working. Thank you for all the help. #working.
doesn't work on the M551. Doesn't have the compartment to unscrew and pull out the solenoid. You have to remove fuser drive assembly. I found out the hard way
@Marlena-s1k if noone has made a video, it might be crazy easy to do. If it looks similar to the explorer, try prying on the sides with a trim tool. it probably just pops out and has one plug underneath.
Спасибо тебе, добрый человек! Рецепт сработал отлично. Вместо поролона наклеил несколько слоев самоклеящейся ацетатной ленты. Желаю хорошего здоровья и удачи в ремонтах!
I went back in checking all connections and they are hooked up. Not throwing the original code. It is only throwing the 59 b0 code now. My toner collection bin was a little full and there is a sensor in there that gets dirty so I am going to replace it. The motor turns with a 9 volt so if that’s not it I will have to take it in. Lol
@jasonbaker4052 never seen that code, manual says it is the cleaning motor either stalled or the waste toner chute is clooged. Says to replace the waste toner collection unit....but if you didn't have that error before taking it apart, I'd find the cleaning motor and make sure it's plugged in all the way.
@jasonbaker4052 that's one of the few wires i have not plugged back in all the way, so I'm not sure which one it is....but i would guess it's one of the ones that go over top of machine to the top part of dc controller. I'd pop the back cover off and press on each of those to make sure they're fully seated. If that doesn't fix it you might have to tear it down further and check all the wiring between that and the dc controller. If that error only happened after fixing the 59.f0 it's extremely likely that a plug just isn't connected fully.
@S8ER not postive, it was 4550 without me with just 2nd and 3rd row removed. Door panels are about 12 lbs each, so i would guess 4415 give or take 50 lbs.
@@KenKyleRacing pretty much the Ford GT? 😂 yeah it would move out for sure in a lighter platform. I think I’ve heard the Mustang guys have something like that but I’m not sure if it’s the same as the ST motor.
@BMOffice-r5l that's a fan error, probably one of the plugs didn't get fully seated on dc controller board. Maybe the fan at bottom corner of machine, I'd double check that plug first
Hi. I was able to fix a 4525 printer thanks to your tutorial. Now I don't get the error anymore, and just as you explained, there was a sticky foam-something material on it. (Which I guess its the one comes from factory). I do have a question though. The buttons on the LCD display won't work. My guess its I left a tiny cable unplugged, but which one could it be?
@zzluis12 the little board that the formatter slides into, it's called the interconnect board....it has a ribbon cable on it that plugs into dc controller. On the top of that board is a plug with purple wires. That plug is probably not fully seated.
@TravThompson i had that happen once, a second transfer belt fixed it. Make sure you get the plastic pawls seated properly in the side after putting new belt in. Might be worth double checking those are in correctly on current belt as well. Weird thing on mine, after i got blank pages on new belt, i put original belt in that was having intermittent 59 errors and i got blank pages with that one too. 2nd new belt and it was back to normal again. Still baffled by that entire experience.
Ken it would be nice if you would answer their questions, cause using the juice bottles is a great idea, but how long will it last without being sealed ? I’ll keep sealing mine in mason jars knowing it will last longer when kept in a dark cool place .
@kevinhuff2004 no idea, haven't dug that far into it, but if window is stuck in down position it's fairly common issue caused by a faulty driver door window switch.
Stock tune on the 3.5t? Your ST runs about what my N54 did with stock turbos Stage 2+ but my trap was closer to 120 and flirted with 200 on the top end. lol I'm impressed with these Sts, they are now on my list for SUV duty.
For a printer with Event Code 13.10.14 but no actual paper jam, I took it apart to be sure and found nothing. Do you have experience with that error code? its a MFP480.
