Yep. Queensland police. I was arrested, and taken back to the police station, where I was assaulted and threatened in a hallway by two officers. When I requested camera footage from inside the station so as to press charges, I was told "Cameras were not working that night." Needless to say, I had to drop charges against them, but the charges against me stuck.
So can anyone say they're surprised? Only thing that surprises me at all about this situation is the mainstream media is actually covering it.
