Great interview. Hearing some of the workings of the show makes it even more fun. #GiveUsRAS4 #ResidentAlien #SaveResidentAlien #Syfy #AlanTudyk #Tothe59 #Netflix #ChrisSheridan
Resident Alien is amazing, I love it! Chris is a genius, and Alan is the most talented actor I've seen! I can't see anyone else as Harry. The entire cast is incredible, and the whole team is doing a great job! We need more seasons!!! #GiveUsRAS4 !
Glad to see this interview. The reboot is very good and Toks is a great actress. I was glad to see her in Season One of the reboot and I'm looking forward to Season Two.
Thank you for the interesting interview. The episodes she directed were the best and the most visually interesting to me. I wish there was more interviews done for this show both from the crew and cast. I don't think I have seen any interviews about TGA with Harry Richardson, Blake Ritson or Donna Murphy for example.
This is the single most insightful & interesting interview I’ve seen about ‘West Side Story’ or with Mike Faist. You 2 do honour to Ohio’s history of artistic excellence. Please keep it up!
Thank you for this interview. I traveled to London from Boston last April and got tickets for A Little Life on a whim. Never have I been impacted by theatre like I was that night. At stage door I was one of those fans who mentioned to James about the need to bring this to Broadway but you hit the nail on the head! Broadway is not ready to appreciate A Little Life. I travel to NYC at least once a month to see shows, I’ve been to BAM too, and I agree with James, an off-Broadway stint would be amazing. As soon as I came home from London last April, I booked a return trip to see ALL their closing weekend in August. Got tickets to sit on the stage and what a wonderful experience that was. I found I cried less during that performance but when I returned the next night to sit in the audience, it hit me even more and bawled like a baby. I have my ticket for Nowhere Special tonight and I’m bringing my box of tissues. ❤
Persevered for Episode 1 in spite of this female. then gave up 2 minutes into Ep. 2. Was a shocker, she ( the writers, producers et al) just wrecked it.
Today, I had the pleasure of watching your film "The Tag-Along," and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by your work. The seamless integration of horror elements with human psychological issues stemming from the complexities of modern life was portrayed on screen with exceptional clarity. Your dedication to crafting such a compelling narrative is truly commendable. As a fan from India, I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for your efforts. Your storytelling prowess has left a lasting impression on me, and I eagerly anticipate your future projects with great enthusiasm. Wishing you all the best for your upcoming movies and endeavors|
This man is not who appears to be. I have plenty of proof. He is the most heartless man, who grew up thinking he is all that and a bag of chips and thinks he can do whatever he wants to you.
Why you are not the number one STAR in America today, I don't know - you are the hottest, most spectacular singer/dancer/actor in America today!!!! I am one of your biggest fans, I am probably almost 30 years older than you, I never saw this show until a few weeks ago, I have binge watched it, although I started about 3 or 4 episodes into it, I am now seeing the first few I missed. I can't believe NBC cancelled the best show ever on TV (at least I worked for ABC and CBS). You are The Best, I Love You!!!!!
I love her in this type of interviews. She is the new Diana...protect her at all costs. She is a gift for all, who can see/FEEL. She grew up in the public eye, to share her amazing gift(s). 99 % could not walk 1 mile in her shoes. She is the light/warmth/love that the world needs. I hope, she can blend the negative things out that comes with all of this. I´m more than greatful, that she "shares" so much from her life/emotions/personality/values. I look forward to her further development and what she will give us in the future. No matter where she goes and what she does, she will do it with all of her heart ❤ Happy New Year to everyone, and God bless! Stay strong. Stay awake.
Wellll…imo Bertha is just a cold, unpleasant person. I dont find her to be a sympathetic character. She doesn’t even respect or care for her children, ugh. I don’t think the actor has the skills to show the fullness of Bertha’s inner life. We see NONE. Agnes is also unpleasant and cold (except for hiring Peggy, and her kindness to Peggy, which is out of character, imo). Agnes and Bertha are brutal women. The softness the steely Downton Abbey Violet had is not matched in Agnes in any way. Ohhh, Agnes went to the wedding?? Oh, the sacrifice! Psh. I’m surprised Baranski doesn’t make more nuanced choices, but maybe the director doesn’t want multi faceted characters. Maybe the grandness of the gilded excess and sweeping camera shots is what he focuses on. He sounds a lot like a DP, much attn on light, (so important), but cant/won’t direct his actors.
Cary Grant was a very private man and his daughter and ex wife should have respected his privacy. All the actors did a very good job in their roles and that is the only positive thing I will say about this project.
There’s an official Gilded Age podcast that looks at not just the plot, but discusses the historical events discussed in the show and they also interview some of the cast and crew. Unfortunately there’s no video but it’s still great and theres a podcast episode for every tv episode
