I am a long term victim of remote neural monitoring and remote neural manipulation. An injectable artificial neural network has partially built up inside my body and brain. Unknown sadistic perpetrators can transmit digital signals into that artificial neural network over vast distances against my will to forceably manipulate a selection of my muscles to move against my will. This morning which is Saturday 27th July, 2024 at 6.55 am G.M.T., the unknown perpetrators were trying to force a virtual reality experience into my brain in the form of myself being forced to virtually experience that I was in a rural location alone and I was being forced to experience that I was lying down on the ground alone in this rural location. I was frightened and the only way that I could put a stop to experiencing this virtual reality experience is by opening my eyes. I am only ever sent virtual reality experiences when I am about to fall asleep, when my brain is in alpha wave. I opened my eyes to put a stop to the forced virtual reality experience and then one of the voice to skull operatives was heard by me to say the following "Force her to close her eyes." They were unable to do so because I may not have sufficient manipulatable nano technology in my eyelids. I have been informed by voice to skull neuro operatives in the distant past that if the would-be slave masters ever succeed in their quest to digitally enslave our physical bodies, we would then be forced to avert their eyes in their presence for ever after and we would not ever be allowed to make eye contact with them. They wish us to perceive them as being Gods. Why haven't our governments informed us about our neuro rights. What have they done so far about neuro rights.
