Mark is AWESOME!!!! He is a rare person that has a course for sale but will freely answer your questions w full transparency. I bought part of his mentor program he had a Christmas sale on last year did the six payments options, I got deathly sick before my first payment, couldn't even participate in his weekly updates, I'm just now out of the hospital and I don't regret paying for it, because I know all that information is there and Mark will still be there for me. I'll be taking my exam in two weeks.
It's actually more complex than that. I wanted to talk about it but the video would have been too long. #1 In order to do courtroom proceedings at least 8 to 12 microphones need to be placed everywhere and someone needs to monitor them, if any one fails you have a problem. #2 Digital recording means that you can't get real time reading back of statements. Digital reporter needs to rewind/play back recording to an exact point, which is awkward. #3 Digital recording means transcriptions take twice as long. A written court record is required for all lawyers and judges --- the recording takes place then a transcriptionist has to type it out at 50 to 60 words per minute -- twice as long as the stenographers 200+wpm. AI transcription may speed that up but also needs to be checked. Digital is good for now for small things like depositions but if you watch Chloe's channel you'll see she is still in high demand for simple depositions. It is possible as AI voice to text gets better and better there could be a change. Essentially the main thing is that this is a high stakes field - trials can be life and death, very serious matters, there is no room for error. This is why even though autopilot has been around since 1912 we didn't get rid of all the pilots. Also from a legal standpoint there is a really involved process to make sure the chain of custody is solid for digital recordings especially with all the ways to fake things these days. As AI gets better, and deepfakes get better, all it will take is one case where AI or digital was manipulated for there to be a precedent where lawyers can try to discredit witness testimoniy etc. that was recorded digitally. Right now even in depositions there is a whole procedure to make sure the testimony is admissable in court and stands up against a good lawyer. I read about one case where an attorney recorded himself with personal effects/photos in the frame of the shot and it was deemed inadmissable because it was a distraction from the proceedings. Digital and AI will have an impact but it's more complex than that, as nuanced as any legal case. End of the day a human will have to oversee whatever technology is being used. And you can get trained in that too.
In NC, notaries are not responsible for the content of the document. The notary verifies the signature. They are required to view an id, and ensure that the person signing is the person named.
I submitted 8 books from this year and 3 books from the 80s/90s. I sprung for pressing. 9.8s on the brand new books. Older books didn't clear screening, but I didn't see a single fingerprint before I sent them in. I'm a little disappointed.
I’ve been a notary in multiple states. It’s very doable but you need market yourself well and most of the title companies and banks, have notaries on staff. However you can go above and beyond. Mobile and remote notaries are a niche to fill too. You can scale your services and build your networks and depending on market it can get to six figures in a few years.
They are both good. The main difference is that Upwork allows you to search jobs vs. fiverr you need to wait for the clients to come to you. But Fiverr has a promoted gigs option where you can push your gig to the top of search results like Googl Ads. I'd do both honestly.
I am a Notary and a Certified Notary Signer, or Loan Signing Agent it goes by several different names. He is absolutely right you first must be a Notary in your jurisdiction, but it is not necessary for you to take a course to become a Notary Signing Agent. However, I absolutely recommend you do in order for you to obtain additional knowledge, and an understanding of the documents! Several States are different, but for the most part the basics and the requirements are nearly the same. When I first started doing this the pay for each job was considerably higher. Now the title services try to low ball you! You can set your rates, and they are different than most Notary fees which on average are $10-$20 depending on your State. The other way is to join a service that will contact you, and other folks to see who can do the job. If you are able to do several a week. You can definitely make goos side hustle money, but the market is definitely getting more saturated. If anyone is interested in learning more or have questions, feel free to reach out! If there’s enough interest I might take his advice, and start a course. Like anything the more you push the better the results, but it also depends on the area you live. Someone was dead on in the comments as well. Most of the time title companies, attorneys, and financial institutions. The majority of tge folks that need this type of service already have their go to folks, but the objective is to make yourself the go to person!
Hi Seth, thanks for another great video. I'm currently in your course and now having a great time learning how to use Google Ads for the sample campaigns, and can't wait to keep going!
In N out raised the rates of burgers due to inflation. In n Out has been paying their employees that wage or higher. In N Out is still cheaper than the shit food most of these fast food places serve. Lets not complain about the wage hike, I'd like to see the profit margin of McDonalds in the 80s compared to now.
I focus on the entry level stuff on the channel. If you're in the course you can talk to Nick Battle about his advanced mentorship program. But frankly most people experience organic growth - as they get more experience recruiters come after them and they are naturally promoted if they are providing value at their companies. Most good agencies want to promote/develop their employees.
OK, a notary is charged by the state to make sure that the person that signed that document is ACTUALLY the right person, nothing more. I'm less than 2 mins in and he's already wrong.
Hello seth! I've been analyzing your RU-vid channel and watching your videos regularly. You're creating amazing content, but it seems like your views don't reflect the quality of your work. The jobs I am speaking of are primarily in Western countries such as the US, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You cannot be hired as a salaried employee for these jobs unless you are a citizen of these countries or if you have a work visa due to labor laws. If you live in a non Western country you can either get a job in your own country or you can freelance for Western companies via sites like upwork or fiverr, but the actual job market varies widely from country to country. If you want to view the presentation or purchase you can use a VPN, but please be advised of these limitations.
Thank you, Seth. Google Ads are big business! Open door opportunities and there is a huge market for experienced Paid Search Specialist. Implementing and managing SEM is definitely in high demand🔥 Providing quality content and profitable side hustle instructions 🔥
I did this with a friend who did the management and coordination and assigned out jobs to a handful of us doing the signings. This is a true side HUSTLE. If you have the jobs, you will be calling to confirm, printing, checking, driving (and driving) doing the signing, checking the work, running the docs to a UPS or Fedex BEFORE they close. And the jobs can be feast or famine. There can be a lot of stress when the jobs are tightly scheduled but far apart. The money is there for an organized person, but it can take a toll.
As you mentioned in the video, an interested person must be licensed with one of the 50 states in order to be a licensed Notary/Loan Signing Agent, how hard are the state exams to become loan Signing Agent??? Is there a fee to take the state exam? Plus....how often will banks or home lending companies contact Loan Signing Agents for work assignments?
Hi Robert - I recommend checking out Mark's website, he has a page on this and other FAQs, and you can reach out to him directly as he is more of an expert on this than I am.
Getting your notary license is easy. Getting someone to give you signings is not! There are tons of notaries doing this and very little business to go around.
Jacked off until I was 25 in ‘99 when I got into an internship where the govt funded my way through college, which I did online. Never was the studious type so I paid ‘academic writers’ to achieve my bachelors and grad school, magna cum laude at that. Pretty much I bought my degrees for approx 1200$ gotta pay to play. 25 years into my IT career 137k salary doing about 2 hours of real work a day from home plenty autonomy no car note wife or kids. I’ve turned down positions over 150k bc they want you in the office. I feel lucky being able to make these decisions, thanks university
Can you add games? I’d love to rework peoples The First Descendent builds. I’m not amazing but for $5 or $10 I could easily get some good reviews by helping people increase their DPS or potentially do a boss running service where I’ll take 3 people through a boss for $5 a person and easily do 10+ bosses a day
I did a quick search and saw people are doing this for that game. Get on fiverr and search The First Descendent and you should see them so it should also be in the list, or you must be able to add it in then since people are doing it which is a good sign.
How do you feel about print on demand shirts and affiliate marketing? Realistic or no? And don’t you usually need some tech experience before starting cybersecurity?
People are making money with both things, but it's definitely competitive. The lower the barrier for entry of an opportunity the more people are going after it. For POD and kdp type offers it's about doing the right market research. Affiliate marketing can also be good but people rarely make quick money, you need to build a trusted brand of some kind, website or youtube channel so people will actually listen to you when you refer them to other offers. So it's realistic if you give yourself a decent timeline and understand you aren't just "doing" affiliate marketing, you need to get traffic and trust so you need to build a property that gets visitors. I suggest Ali Abdaal's channel as well. He has a good RU-vid course that is no BS - as he says "do you want success in 2 years? Join us!" That's realistic. Sean Dollwet is a friend of mine who teaches kdp, and he's got good videos. Josh Madakor is good for cybersecurity, his videos go into more detail about the background you need etc.
Hi Seth I'm 17 and us still in school is it possible for me to get into something like this I'm very interested and really want to learn more about something like this 🤔
Banks, realtors, loan agents all have their own notaries. Each county has roo foronly so many notaries. This job requires a background in banking with 10+ experience. This video is all LIES!
I don't fully understand. I think an engineer would be happy to answer questions about the job, they aren't going to just mentor you for free, and I am not sure how that relates to starting a business.
What I mean is what you think about paying an engineer to teach me engineering without getting a degree and then use my knowledge in engineering to start a company that designs physical technological products ? Do you think this is possible and realistic ?
