God, almost every single older episode of MBMBAM has fat jokes and fatphobia in it. Usually the person who says the stuff is Justin, so to hear Travis say this shit is so sad and disappointing. I can't listen to any episodes past 300 because the fatphobia is essentially guaranteed, but not even newer episodes are safe from fatphobia and diet culture.
a note like this doesn't require any follow-up. he is fully admitting that he did not have the balls to talk to this girl when he still had a chance to talk to her. there's no expectation from her to do anything with it except for ultimately throw it in the garbage. he was just being romantic.
We actually had weekly raves at my summer camp as a kid. Sandstorm by Darude was always played and the teens taught the kids about the proper conduct for the beat drop

Nah dude do you know how many people have been saved around the world because the place they always go to calls the cops and says “this person always comes in and now they are suddenly missing”? Me either but it’s definitely over 0. Eat where you want and if they know you that well, maybe they’ll save your life or something.
Actual answer: play Tetris! It sounds crazy but it does clear out the short-term memory. There have been studies about using Tetris after a traumatic event to reduce the likelihood of flashbacks. Play Tetris as soon as you can for a few minutes and you may find it helps! Do your own research of course, it’s a fun thing to Google!

I dont rhink that having kids do some janitorial work is a bad thing. Mandatory public aervice would help people respect the world around them and appreciate the work janitors do. Japan has no school janitors for the most part because students are tasked with upkeep
