Went to high school in Southlake back in later 2000’s, settled down with the family out in Aledo now, honestly love the vibe here much more. Keep crushin’ fellas
As a local investor, crazy short term appreciation is fun, but I’ll tell ya what’s better…predictable appreciation over a 10-20 yr spread 💯💯enjoyed the balanced outlooks here fellas..cheers! total aside here, but do y’all ever try any subject to financing for acquisitions? been looking into this recently and seems to be an interesting means of grabbing that low interest rate right now..
We couldnt agree more. The jump in equity for anyone who had bought over the last few years has been great, but can also be painful to anyone that sat the market out. It would be tough for us to advise a seller to go that route, but we have discussed the option of more traditional assumable mortgages. These seem to be a little more difficult, but can work great for the right situation!
What’s more cost effective, a higher priced new build potentially with less inspection issues, or a lower priced older home with potentially more issues from the inspection?
If you have any questions about the inspection process we really cant recommend Bryan enough. Bryan Hughes (#21772) Journey Home Inspections (817) 296-8443
Thank you! David thought of the idea and we thought it was great so we ran with it. We were fortunate enough to have a beautiful home to showcase as well
Thank you! We definitely understand how emotional and exciting the process can be, so we always want to make sure our clients make the best possible decision by getting all the information they need for such a large financial investment.
As far as safety of Flower Mound goes, would you say there are safer neighborhoods than others? Where would you recommend would be the most family friendly and walkable neighborhoods of the city? We’re considering a move there next year and not very familiar with the area but have heard good things about this town!
It's funny you ask! We are going to be putting out a video later this week discussing a few of the neighborhoods in Flower Mound. I personally grew up in Bridlewood and loved it. Great master planned community with walking trails, multiple pools, golf course etc. We will also feature Wellington which is another great option. As far as safety goes I'd point you to www.neighborhoodscout.com/tx/flower-mound/crime. That can definitely help with any questions there, but I can say I've never personally felt unsafe in Flower Mound.
