Given that Hamas's strategy is to engineer the deaths of a large part of the Gazan population, could they not be taken to the ICJ and tried for genocide - of the Palestinians as well as Israelis? Or to put it another way, when the ICJ come to look at the evidence against Israel they ought to find that Hamas is the one committing genocide against the Palestinians (genocide being about intent and that is their intent).
So does this mean that there is no longer an agenda of exterminating the "Sons of Amalek"? Which is a distinct category from Hamas, a membership based association, not a biological category, like a "son".
This was a great conversation. I really appreciate that there was a distinction between the extremes and mainstream. It would be interesting to see how the push for zionism and support for Israel within Christianity has become very prominent and promulgating some of the extreme views within Christianity.

As an occupying force in the West Bank, Israel is committing a War Crime by not vaccinating the Palestinian population. Israel’s duties under the Fourth Geneva Convention is to ensure medical supplies and to combat the spread of pandemics.
The United States should end military aid to Israel. 1. Military Aid to Israel is unnecessary. Israel is a very prosperous country and more than capable of paying for it's own military. 2.Military aid to Israel is a security risk to the United States. Israel has been selling American developed military technology to China for more than a decade. These sales have been instrumental in the modernization of China's military. 3.Military aid to israel is a diplomatic liability, 4, Military aid to israel is illegal under American law. Israel's human rights violations disqualifies Israel from receiving military aid under the Leahy Law and Israel's sale of nuclear weapon's technology to the Apartheid South African government disqualifies Israel from receiving military aid under the Symington Amendment.
