Editing videos on CapCut PC is incredibly efficient and user-friendly. One feature I love is the multi-track timeline, which allows you to layer videos, audio, and effects seamlessly. It makes complex editing tasks much simpler and more intuitive. CapCut's interface and functionality have significantly enhanced my video editing experience.
Hey Paul, I hope you see this comment brother I have a question. I just had a guy come out and replace the starter in our 2006 solstice and he said that oil leaked onto the solenoid from the intake manifold causing it to fail stating I need to replace the whole manifold. Is the manifold in a position that it can leak oil onto it if there is oil getting into the manifold?
Did he mean the Valve Cover, which is above the Exhaust Manifold? If it is that much oil coming from there, he should have taken a photo of it showing the route from the manifold to the starter. Let's start there....
FYI when recording using a phone turn the phone 180 degrees so when played back and or uploaded to RU-vid the picture will fill the entire screen as it should.
So glad I stumbled across this, thank you very much! Dumped so much into my 07, im keeping it for life at this point. Now.. to address the light rusting taking place on my rear door bottom inner side next : D

This is actually an optical illusion it always goes back to foggy in a very short amount of time. It's applying a medium that refracts light. You're putting an oily substance over a rough surface making it smooth again. If I'm not mistaken it works 10 times better on plastic and it makes sense just do it on the plastic in your engine bay I've been cleaning the plastic in my engine bay for a long time and it turns foggy faded plastic into brand new black looking plastic in one swipe. Always goes back to faded though. I really don't know the science of how it actually clears up the fogginess but think of it like a flat surface of water on a lake when it's not windy in comparison to a wavy turbulent surface.
wow pull up your pants I wasnt trying to offend you I was just letting everyone know the truth of the matter but its 2 pennies worth of tranny fluid they can find out themselves.. kind of weird you didnt follow up and let everyone know they were faded again in a few days... I guess all the attention got to your head. I learned this 30 years ago and learned the real lesson that the only way to actually get the clarity back is a multi stage sand to wet sand to compound buffing it all the way to a smooth surface. I dont think people really care about feelings when they're genuinely trying to learn or teach for that matter. It's just a simple "is what it is" kind of deal.@@MrPosey85
Great vid, Paul. My 2002 Trailblazer has never leaked before - suddenly, it has leaked 3 days in a row. Weedwhacker line? I have a lot of it! I'll be reaming out the holes today, thank you very much. I already watched another video on the subject, that was much less informative.
I didn't have a video guy, I tried to explain best I could... I will say you have to get the bolts from the top and then wiggle it out from the bottom.
okay...help!!!! do you happen to know if the 06 solstice is the same as your 07? my cousin has been looking for the top bolt on my bad starter literally ALL day!
I'm sure I got to that bolt from the top down.... also watch the bonus video, it may not be the starter... but the ground to cable connected to the face of the engine.
Can you replace starter from under the car I don't have a air intake hose on my car it is a 2007 Pontiac solstice there is no hose only radiator hose looking at it even moving radiator hose still would not be able to get to starter any info please
I got the info from going from the top from a website. I suppose you can give it a try. Maybe you can make a video for it. Of course, I had looked to do it from the bottom first. I didn't see the space for it. Check on the comments some guy said it was doable, maybe he made a video.
Vehicle used for documentary: 2003 Chevy Trailblazer LT (other vehicles may have slight difference's) Symptoms: loud snap or bang while opening or closing sunroof unable to close or open sun roof How to prevent: clean and grease track regularly, grease that came with repair kit looked like axle grease
