Whittaker is a mix of Emanuel Augustus and Naseem Hamed... but when he gets to the high level fights and finds an opponent as fast as him, he might be able to sleep. I hope I'm wrong, because I like his fighting style and his dodging skills.
Ben's left is his danger punch. He could easily become a switch fighter like Terence Crawford. And he is going to get bigger and bigger until he is a real heavyweight!!!!!
I just like this guy, i think he might have a martial arts background. His footwork, the withdrawal footwork and the drunken movement...i bet he does have that background, Ben Whittaker.
Everytime I watch Whitaker he puts me in mind of the great Muhammad Ali. The eurogroup say black people are many points lower on the IQ scale yet we do not constantly win off of talent and truly intelligence works hand in hand with our winning. If their iq was so much higher then it should make up for their being less talented and they should defeat us majority of the time. Basketball, football, boxing or any other sport that we eventually dominate. Gymnastics, golf etc.
In Italia si sognano un pugile di questo calibro. i commentatori sono oltre all'essere molto di parte sembrano sull'orlo di piangere da un momento all'altro non riescono proprio a passare sopra al come boxa (irrispettoso) whittaker
Emanuel Augutus had this style obv Ben copied and gave Floyd the toughest fight he ever had !!!! Floyd's words ! But Ben can hit with bad intensions body and head! How far he goes is up to him and how serious he gets!
He's good, but he wouldn't be able to deal with the top guys in light heavy weight. I can't see him matching up to Canelo, Bivol, Beterbiev, or Benavides. Maybe middle weight, but light heavy is going to get pretty rough going up the ranks, and he won't have time to be playing around.
I guess that's how it goes in life, one minute they hate it, the next minute they like it, because Emmanuel Augustus is the originator of the drunkin master style in boxing, but Ben is very good also.
