Great band back in the early 70's . "Stray" , "Suicide" and their best album "Saturday Morning Pictures" are three classic heavy rock albums from those great times . Not a fan of seeing old bands reuniting . l prefer to remember them as they were at their peak when they were young and exciting .
Then nothing would happen. You would do that if you have permission to pass a signal at danger. If you SPAD accidentally, the brakes can be released after 60 seconds.
Literally gave me a headache watching this, not for the reasons you might assume. I've been singing this song in a band for nearly 2 years now and still can't play the guitar riffs and sing at the same time. Don't have this problem with any other song, no matter how weird the time signature is. Watching you sing and play off beat bass riffs gave me a headache working out how you did it. Bravo, Bravo, Bravo. Your drummer shreds by the way.
Thanks Fella - yeah it took a while! Chris, the drummer, I believe played in Massive Attack many moons ago so yeah he's got the chops! Sadly this band doesn't go out any more since I got the chance to play bass with Del Bromham's Stray! Happy Daze!
@@BigKelvPark You're right most of the time but an OTDR only shows what the channels have recorded so chances are, if the button is sticky the channel will show the button as not being pressed even if it actually was. Well this is my excuse anyhow......
@@driverproffitt896 On older AWS systems the AWS is cancelled on release of button , many drivers held button down on approach to cautionary signal then release when horn sounds
Just remembered a question now! Towards the end there’s the demonstration of “increasing severity” (e.g. failing to cancel an AWS warning then overspeeding/SPADding), what happens in the other direction (e.g. a SPAD then an uncancelled AWS or overspeed)? Now I’m curious 🤓
John McDermott - New Street, Paul Turner - Crewe, Mark Dixon - New Street and Colin Kempster - Bletchley. Paul Turner is now retired, the other three remain on their jobs as instructor drivers.
Do you have any footage time is running out? It was my favourite part of the night and I can't find any good quality film of it... I was down in the front row so it was kinda hard to film and go mental. Love the video too!
Message for Martin.... shared a cab with you today on routes..... yes? I did my dilligence and checked you out. Good stuff! I mentioned Dave Mason to you - remember? Link: Dave Mason - Look at You Look at Me
