I've been doing this another way that is massively more complex than this and because of all the different actions involved it's had a high rate of failure. This is absolutely spot on brilliant.

Still works after all these years, just converted 185 Nikon D850 raw files in to jpegs so the client could do a selections took 20 mins though. Thank again.
