Ghost2 + S5 Tracker + Metal Steering wheel lock that covers the WHOLE of the steering wheel Police approved + up your home security to include cctv & extra heavy duty locks etc ...Add more layers of security !
The car was left open by your customer, the wing mirrors being open tell the thieves that the car is unlocked, maybe if they actually locked the car the thieves wouldn’t have even bothered trying!
Immigrants really make a great contribution to Britain, liberals are really very smart people, they need another vaccine because those vaccines really work.
Do yourselves a favour and get a pandora alarm it has anti level and anti shock sensors and a loud alarm. In two years i've had at least 50 attempts to nick my car, i don't even bother to look out the window anymore when the alarm goes off, i just know the car will still be there in the morning.
SO! we discussed this... the driver of the vehicle at the time was uninsured, therefore, any claim would be made on the Nissan's policy to be claimed back from the MIB.
The juke tried claiming that the scratch above the left hand fog lamp was the fault of the landrover NOT hitting it... would have loved to see how that went down with the insurance company given that there was no impact at all on that corner.
The door was unlocked and surely the handbrakes weren't on? I wonder if small stickers on the drivers side and back saying this car is fitted with two trackers and an inside camera, will help with the prevention of stopping thieves? I would probably add 10 or more Apple trackers located all around the car. Boot, glove department, under the seats, behind the mirror, behind the steering weel, front bumber, back bumber, coffee holder, rims etc!
The vehice WAS unlocked and this was fault of the owner, however, the electric handbrake disengaes as soon as the gear lever leaves park (by default) but yes, i do agree with the further point. Should we fit the stickers? i mean realistically it could work as a deterent, but in theory it could put the house occupants at further risk if the vehicle is worth the agro.
Turn off keyless entry & go back to the hardship of simply pressing a button 😢 Also stick a steering wheel lock on, yes it can be cracked but more effort & time so it basically sez move onto the next car that doesn't have one...
Simple solution to this mess, and there is a reason why the corrupt politicians won't do it or the corrupt police. They need police on foot patrol like they had in the 70's... It's beggars belief that kids are roaming the street late at night with hoods on.
How did they open the car, did they already have a key or did they relay the signal from a keyless entry key from inside the house? Or was it simply left unlocked?
You can buy software that runs off a laptop, that paired with a transmitter mimics the unlock signal from a safe distance. It’s hilariously simple, but buying the kit is about 15k.
Yes they didn't steal the car but they still made it hit the Nissan. Land Rover owner gonna have a lot of explaining when he or Nissan owner sees both cars touching with Land Rovers lights on.
I remember watching a video years ago where a South African dude somehow fitted flamethrowers to the underside of his car to prevent this type of shit from happening...unfortunately the pathetic jumped-up do-gooders of "this country" wouldn't allow that type of thing to happen !!!
First of all the the ghost immobiliser it cuts the engine off after one second of moving the vehicle but you would need a code to unlock it to go further unless you on the hill 🤦♂️
Not sure the exact model as it's not displayed in video but the Ubiquiti range of cams are really high quality. I have G5 Pros and it's probably the best image I've seen on CCTV. All CCTV installed out there now can be high quality if you have the storage space for it and obviously 1080p+ capable cameras. I have a 20TB NAS that I use to store footage in. The average person won't be able to afford the DVR capacity needed for 4KHDR60.
