I was very conflicted as well and can’t weigh in one way or the other. However, what I can contribute to this is my recent experience with buying a pond prowler 10. It arrived yesterday as I don’t live anywhere near a BPS or Cabelas. Beautiful boat, but it was not in good condition, dings, scrapes all over and a 2 inch hole in bottom in between the pontoons. looks like it could be from a forklift so maybe nothing to do with BPS manufacturing quality but I don’t know for sure. Trying to return it but still waiting to hear back from BPS customer service. I don’t think I would have had that problem with a jon boat.
Just caught one on clearance at walmart for 15 bucks ! They had like 10 of them on clearance I should have grabbed all of them ! , awesome knife ! , im really happy with it ! ,razor sharp ! Solid knife and looks and feels great 👍 in my extra large hand ! 😊, the walmart near me has been putting alot of brand name good pocket knifes on clearance every other week for less then half price ! , every time I go to walmart now I race to the clearance aisle to see if there are any pocket knifes 🔪 on clearance 🤔 and pretty much every time lately iv scored a couple of really awesome pocket knifes ! 😊
I just know it gets hot as heck there in the summertime. Too bad you did not know, that is where the famous underground house is, built by an Italian immigrant I think. He built his house underground to get away from the summer heat.
Its been awful hard for me to try another telescoping rod since i had one absolutely shatter while fishing 20 years ago. I bet they have got better over the years. Its something i would love to have in my truck sometimes, just seems so convenient.
I keep a micro rod in my truck lol Telescoping rods are made much better now for sure but using a micro rod or ice rod is perfect. Fishing the ponds here in the bay area, it can handle anything and takes up hardly any space.
