And people wonder why the flooding was so bad in places like Houston during Hurricane Harvey. These stupid HOA'S block the storm water drainage with these stupid ponds which leads to floods. I'm so glad I dont live in a HOA community. What a waste of money! This is happening in thousands of cities across Texas.
