Hi! My name is John Bourgeois and welcome to my channel. I am a father, a fiancé, and a real estate agent. I relocated my family [with our 4x children], moving from a beautiful lake community in the Pacific Northwest / Snohomish County / Seattle Washington area to Nashville, Tennessee! And we moved to Williamson County / Maury County to be more specific, an area central to Franklin, Columbia, Spring Hill, Arrington, Brentwood, and Nolensville. What a journey it's been!

I am currently looking for properties to build, no less than a acre with maybe a view, maybe new construction with a farm theme style home and under 500,000. Do not want to be downtown, possible towards mountains, but not next to a moonshine distillery 😂😂😂😂..
Tiny overwhelmed Main Street through town w/o a center turn lane.. As in most areas around Nashville, retail and homes are added w/o any additional road capacity or infrastructure in place. Same capacity as 1967 with thousands of new residents.
I live in Nolensville and wasnt aware of it prior to moving here. It is a hidden gem. You get the best of everything. Amazing schools, super safe, parades/festivals- small yet modern town charm, you are 20-30 mins from everything bigger (franklin, smyrna, nashville) but the you are driving thru gorgeousness country roads, rolling hills and huge homes.. great way to decompress. Modern country living just outside the big cities.
Thank you for reaching out, watching and asking. This home has finished hardwood floors. Let me know if you have any further questions on the home and if you do, feel free to text me at 949 394 7056
Nice house. What I especially like is that the bedrooms are big and spacious. I've seen many large homes with only the master bedroom being spacious and always wondered why the other bedrooms are small. Thanks for uploading.
In a house for five million it was possible to install a beautiful, modern Italian kitchen, modern interior doors and a bathroom in the master room overlooking the fence. Seriously?
ISIS there a basement in this home or no? Please comment back. Thank you, extremely gorgeous home. Would love you know where the toilet is for the master bedroom? Didn't say it or do I gotta walk all the way to that other bathroom. At night
There is no basement to this home. You are correct this is an absolutely gorgeous home. The toilet is in the master bath, I generally do not show it though on my tours
My favorite part of this home are the garages. A man cave and I would have another big garage built there too. For other show cars that I I've and a nice big. Pool have to have a pool
It sold in 2023, but still listed as one of my favorites. There's one nearby for half the price, but nowhere near the same sized plot. Still a beautiful area that i can't wait to check out one day.
Overall, I think the home is stunning. We’re looking for custom builder, but in PA and I think this is a great starting point to work with. Personally, we don’t need 8K in sq ft, but I really love the courtyard aspect of the floor plan. My ancestry is from Spain and I’ve always been drawn to the ancient Roman style of floor plan with a private courtyard. Not to mention, I was raised in that style of housing. We’re looking to do a multigenerational home offering a bit of separation between the 3 generations in our family. So this style of floor plan seems to have potential. Anyway, there are some personal tweaks on this floor plan, but it’s def a good starting point from the layout & transitional aspects.
This house is very much better than the tired multi-gabled type houses that dominate new Nashville construction. The European type courtyard is wonderful. The upstairs bedrooms are somewhat confusing, the bunk room for example. Is the brown tiled bathroom to be shared with the bunk room. The large back-to back open areas near the bunk room, are they meant to be upstairs family/television rooms. The lack of a powder room near the game/media room is glaring. There should be a hand held shower wand in all bathrooms, rain heads can be a pain if one does not hair wash every day. The closet spaces are much nicer than the usual generic Home Depot installs. The screened porch is a huge plus. The primary bedroom should be a retreat with space for a sitting area of two chairs or a settee, west coast architects always get this right. The high wall in the back yard screens the school next door. Overall, the house is very nice and the architectural design is a breath of fresh air, when compared to the usual stodgy Nashville designs.
Beautiful home as usual. There isn’t one thing not to like about this home. Green Hills is a very nice area. This home has it all. I really liked the master bedroom suite. The closet was very large. The only thing is you need a map to know where you are. Just kidding! Thanks for sharing. John you do a great job finding all of these amazing homes. 🏠
Cant be just me but why do real estate hustlers always sound like cheesy car salesmen? Really annoying. Why are you describing what I literally can see with my own eyes?
This home has a very different layout. As one commenter stated, walking through the dining room as well as the kitchen to get to the living room is unconventional. The home is very much family oriented, not so much for very formal entertaining. The separate lounging/study areas for the children, and one for the adults is not a bad feature. The RV garage/workshop is a plus. The epoxy floors in the main garage is a double plus. The closets could have been designed slightly larger, a small detail that is rectified, as the home does not lack storage space in any way, shape or manner. Five acres is five acres, for any and all of your outdoor requirements. Unless all of the new arrivals to Middle Tennessee have changed the name of the town, it is pronounced Smrna, a long M sound, the Y in Smyrna is silent. Good work.
Beautiful home. Gorgeous property. Nice location. May I offer a kind, respectful suggestion? You’re in Tennessee. Close to Nashville and a million brilliant musicians. Can’t you find a buddy to play a tasty acoustic guitar loop for you? 🎸
The home is beautiful, but why didn't you open the closet door in the first bedroom? I would had liked to see the coat closet,,You also passed by a room next to the dining area. But you show the master bedroom and the pantry in the kitchen? You didn't do so well in this one, just saying.
Thank you Sue for watching and sharing. Per the request of the owner, a couple of doors were not opened as they were being used for storage. Thank you again for coming along this tour with me and watching
