You got to get the juggernaut driver it holds up to like 9000 rpms where that driver u put on is only rated for 3500 rpms so u will lose a lot of top end speed brother u got to get the juggernaut with 725 belt from gps
@@kgol4686 watch my latest videos, already have had the juggernaut and Torq Zilla, blown both them up. Making more than the 15 HP it’s rated for. A Noram stinger clutch, is what I have now. A lot better 💯
The point of the catch can is to catch oil blow during the higher rpm runs, protects from splatter all over your build and helps vent the motor so it breaths better. And it can be done at any stage, the more venting the better. Best to vent crank case pressure to help protect from cracking the block, and blowing head gaskets also.
Hey bro I have a ct200 and I’m trying to squeeze a 224 with a torque converter on but it won’t fit with the height of the riser, any suggestions? Thanks!
Honestly I don’t see the need to build these engines. I have an axis m200 with 224 gov delete, jugaverter, mikuni clone, exhaust pipe and I’m pushing 55 on it. There’s honestly no need to go faster than that imo. Unless you wanna die.
Every block I’ve installed a .356 cam moving forward. Yes I’ve had to clearance the block a lot. Around the cylinder at the bottom, some of the rod, and some of the crank lobes
Lol this was years ago, I think this was a fresh 26mm or 28mm with some upgraded jets from amazon. You have to play with them for the air in your area.
@@MoneymanRome i have a 196 with a 26mm with a 110 main jet .356 cam 36 pound springs 5.26 chromoly pushrods 212 crank billet rod ported head and a cheap amazon flywheel. But i had a 125 jet in it and it ran like shit then i put the 110 jet and now it runs good-ish
Should she know it would happen knowing you put the stock piston in with everything else built is what fucked it , if you put a flat top it would have been fine
It’s advanced even more in the last few months of 2023 too. If you look at Mark Patrylak of Marlak Racing he has some crazy Belmont heads with versa blocks. It’s insane unlimited power 🤯
Glad to answer any questions you have, you have to take off the stock air box, exhaust and use 1 inch spacers underneath the motor so it has proper clearance so you can align the torque converter properly.
@@lotus6314 Temu or amazon get a beginner welder from $35-$90 with a helmet and just try it out. Dont forget to get a grinder to clean the welds up if you do.
If you free rev the bike make sure its without the jug on, I did that once and the weights stuck outward till I fixed it. Luckly there wasn't any damage.
This was a 56MM small crank with a 196cc 68MM piston block, so I didn’t. On a predator 212 and 224, you do have to clearance the middle of the cam and some of the rod so it clears properly.
Thank you for your video and your build out. But I got to tell you man, that music overshadows everything and takes away a lot of the quality of your video. Not dissing you just dissing the way you did it on that deal peace out brother
Exactly was what the same thing I thought, until I found a guy out of Lakeland, Florida that specifically makes them. He works closely with RPQ and helped design the 59MM version also.
@@MoneymanRome dam man i wish i would of known before i built my tillotson 236 i guess next time in the future ill build a 260+cc or build a big block but everythings like double the price with big blocks
