The overseas OEM for HZL-009 is Singer XL-1000. The Singer XL-1000 method will fix the problem. The url is at the bottom of the overview section. How to recalibrate the LCD of a Singer XL 1000 2018-02-04 My wife bought a Singer XL-1000 for 20% the original price, since the LCD was taking touch input offset by such an amount that most of its functionality was unreachable. The previous owner coudln't fix the problem and was glad that someone took the machine away, and we were glad that we could buy a machine at a price point lower than what such a machine would worth for us as a hobbyist tool. We started searching on the web, and while some people had this problem, no usable solutions were posted. The users manual was available online, but had no mention of such an option. There was also a service manual available, but it also lacked any direct description of the procedure. However, it had instructions on opening service mode features, which eventually led me to discover the steps described below. (See page 35 from latter link above.) 1.Turn off the machine, if it's on. 2.Push the start/stop switch (⬆) and while pressed, turn on the machine, and release the switch only after the welcome screen has appeared. 3.Push the reverse feed stitching switch (↷) and while pressed, touch the screen and then release the switch. 4.Now you're in screen calibration mode. A dot appears on the left, touch it as accurately as you can (for example by using a plastic fork gently). 5.The dot will reappear on an other spot, repeat the above three times. 6.After the fourth dot disappears, the screen will look empty. In this mode, wherever the screen is touched, a pixel appears. It's like a simple drawing program, but it also makes it possible to test whether the touchscreen works properly. 7.Now the important final step: touch the utility button in the lower left corner of the screen, which saves the calibration data and confirms it with a beep. After this, the service mode UI apperas with numbers in frames, but you can just quit by turning the machine off. 8.Turning the machine on without any button being pressed at the same time resumes normal operation.

@@kiyotakakaneko3602 i really love this machine hzl009s. i bought 2 of them here. some people imported it from japan. electric here is 240v so we use transformer. but still 2 problems, we cant find spare parts and also language is only japanese. is there any way to change it to english or it doesnt have english in its software?

I would not recommend investing any more in HZL-009. This sewing machine is for Japanese, there is a manual but it is in Japanese. The Singer manual is in English, so it would be helpful. I do not have it so please look for it. Remember that mechanical sewing machines can be fixed but the electronic parts have a life span.

Я бы очень вас просил испытать режим работы этой модели инвертора без акб и без сети, только с подключенными панелями. Это очень интересный и важный режим для меня. Так вот при работе лишь только от панелей мой инвертор выдает на выходе 260-300В, при том, что мощности от панелей в этот момент вполне хватает для собственного его потребления и даже для потребления соответствующей нагрузки в пределах генерируемой мощности! Важно знать как ваш инвертор будет вести себя. Только конечно же при этом тесте отключите от него всю нагрузку, чтобы ничего не сгорело! Нужно знать это проблема всех таких моделей или именно моего экземпляра. Производители таких инверторов утверждают, что эти инверторы штатно могут использоваться без акб, а значит они должны нормально работать и в режиме, когда пропадает сеть по каким-либо причинам (это вполне реально и может быть даже часто в некоторых регионах). В таких ситуациях они не должны выдавать такие ужасно большие напряжения на выходе. Буду очень благодарен за ваш тест и помощь, думаю, это и вам было бы полезно для себя проверить. Hello! My inverter is only connected to a battery right now. Are you suggesting that I connect only the panel to it and check the output voltage? Does your inverter produce 260-300V under these conditions? Is your inverter normal when the battery is present?

Да необходимо от инвертора отключить акб и сеть и подключить только солнечные панели и проверить какое напряжение будет на выходе у вашего инвертора. Можно полностью без нагрузки. Нагрузку даже опасно подключать при таком тесте. Да, мой инвертор выдает в такой ситуации напряжение 260-300В. Конечно же когда я подключаю к нему акб, то напряжение стабилизируется до установленных в настройках 230В. Но ваш и мой инвертор способен штатно работать без акб. Это написано в инструкции и об этом сообщают его производители и продавцы. Значит он должен адекватно вести себя когда нет акб и энергия поступает только от солнечных батарей. Вот мне и нужно проверить все ли инверторы так себя ведут или только мой экземпляр. Поэтому мне очень важны результаты вашего теста. HZL-010 was the first and HZL-010N is a minor upgrade. The embroidery foot is slightly different between HZL-010 and HZL-010N. 9800 embroidery cards are special and difficult to obtain and cannot be written on a PC. They are all old sewing machines, so if you don't have one now, it would be better to buy a new one.
