When i make my cauliflower, i put butter in a pan with bread crumbs and dump the cauliflower in the frying pan and cover it with the bread crumbs. I use the garlic bread crumbs so good.

I make this every holiday as a side, it’s actually called artichoke heart casserole. Here’s a tip though I use imported canned artichoke hearts, I hate anything frozen. But I steam the artichoke hearts first in a steamer basket with grated garlic and lemon for about 20 mins. They come so tender. Then I do exactly what she did in the bowl with all of her ingredients. It would come so much better if she steamed them first with garlic and lemon
