When it comes to the thermometer you just need to figure out the average heat added from your body to the watch. Once you get a rough estimate +5 degrees or so, then you just account for that when taking the reading.

Normally I would look at PacParts.com but, as I look at their site today, I can't find a listing for parts for that particular watch. I did, however, see some listings on eBay (from Japan) for around $47 per link (ouch) and one for only about $27. If I were you I might go for the eBay purchases OR wait and see if PacParts will add that watch to their listings OR call the phone number for PacParts. 310-515-0207
I remember saving up money for the original Casio calculator watch, when I was a kid. I was so excited to finally get one from a local department store. I no longer have it, but bought a re-issue Casio online recently. The only problem now is that my eyes aren’t the same as they once were. I have trouble seeing the keyboard!😮

You are patient instructor... can your machines handle double the voltage and then pair them in series and keep the amps constant...@ 5.56 Amps, the connector should be able to handle the lower amps, and higher voltage with the same connectors, while maintaining the same power (Watts)
If the input can handle higher voltage then, yes, you can make series connections with lower amps AND use wiring that isn't as thick (lower gauge). But that's the real trick. You CANNOT input higher voltage than the device can handle. You can provide higher amps and the device will just ignore that, only accepting the amps it's capable of accepting. But too-high voltage will damage a device.

I think it might work here too, since Tanzania uses UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), even though there are no atomic time stations here. Unlike some other standards, such as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), UTC is not adjusted for daylight saving time. It’s based on TAI (International Atomic Time), which averages hundreds of atomic clocks worldwide and is approximately one second off from mean solar time at the prime meridian (0° longitude). In essence, UTC keeps our world ticking in sync! 😊🌐🕰️
Just getting "back" into watches and wanted to get my first diver to see how I like them wear wise. I was originally going to go for a Seiko, but frankly this has me almost entirely satisfied. Never say never (I still love MANY of the Seiko Divers) but my lord this thing has me head over heels. I got the pepsi model and am really tempted to get them all seeing your video here. Especially for the price, considering that whole set costs as much as some Seiko and other divers in my price range! My only gripe is that I wish they had matching dial colors or just dial color options in general. Thinking of getting into modding a dial in, but that may be over my head at this moment... Excellent video and commentary and love your collection!

If you have so many watches how do you store them? Will the battery leak if kept unused? I think like you, and just discovered your channel. I have had a $7 watch since I was in middle school, for more than 25 years. I feel that if I get a new watch my old watch would … feel bad😅

I was a Co monitor on the Casio forum on watch u seek in the 1990's but the politics was a killer ! Watch out! Everyone is expendable and no one is quite as important as they think!
