Yay! Congrats girl! So happy for you guys & happy you posted. I came by thinking of your inspiring channel. Weird that yt didn't notify me, it was coincidence I checked. Hope you can post more videos in the future. Enjoy each step of the baby. They grow so fast.
I’ve struggled with PCOS since High School and now pregnant with a baby girl! My due date is Oct 16 - crazy I also had my baby shower/gender reveal in June! So glad to see you thriving - congratulations!!!!!
Congratulations! That's amazing, a baby boy. You look great by the way! I know how rough it can be and how it takes a toll on your mental health. I have PCOS and had to deal with infertility but was able to get pregnant 3 times so it can be done.😊❤ So glad you're back missed your videos.
Thank you so much! 💜 It is a rough journey to go through. We ended up having to do IVF but we were fortunate that my husband's insurance covered a lot of it. Excited to see our little boy soon 🥰
Thank you so much 💜. I'm so sorry you're struggling. We ended up going the IVF route only because we got lucky that my husband's insurance covered most of it 🥺
Congratulations!! My brother and his wife are expecting their first baby (also a boy) in October. What's funny is I am already a grandma, three times over, and my big brother is just now having his first baby.
Great video, I also love your website. Do you have any videos you would recommend on how to setup a shopify? I am starting out a small business and I dont have a large volum of customers at the moment. Would you recommend to start with social media instead of paying for a website like shopify?
Thank you! I would not recommend Shopify unless you are paying for Instagram and facebook ads that would lead to it, or you have a good following that you can market to on social media. Otherwise, I'd recommend starting on Etsy as you can get found organically or pay for Etsy ads at whatever price fits your budget, but they do the marketing work for you.
Oh! My Goodness, I'm so happy to see you back using the XTOOL F1. I also have a Glowforge and a D1 but excited about what the F1 can do. Excited to see you create more and also look forward to taking it to your shows. Ms "Sam" in TN 💕
I ripped one open to double check and it seems like the rotating metal piece is super glued inside the wood too. The metal piece sticking out is too large to fit in a hole of the honeycomb of the Glowforge so the wood would be lopsided 🥲. Thank you for the suggestion though - I would've been so happy if that worked.
I had an XTool laser for a while - and was suuuuper intimidated by it. So much so that it took me about half a year to set it up...and I never did use it and ended up giving it away. I was also disappointed that it wasn't more clearly noted that the machine I bought could not do acrylic. Like...shout it from the rooftops: THIS DOESN'T CUT/ENGRAVE ACRYLICS!! I regretted buying it and not going with the Glowforge like I had wanted for SO long - but the cost really keeps me from taking the plunge. I tend to be a craft supply collector - so buying a $5k machine that might end up sitting for a while is a no for me. But - this might be OK! I'm in a "no buy year" - so I have plenty of time to think about how I would use this since I'm not a seller just a creator...but this is impressive.
Aw, I feel that so much as someone who gets easily excited and collects a lot of supplies here and there (and more affordable equipment 😅) that ends up only getting used once or never. I tend to do a lot of research before investing in a piece of expensive equipment and rely heavily on RU-vid videos to make sure it can do what I need, and that's why I ultimately landed on a Glowforge Pro 4.5 years ago. It wasn't an easy pill to swallow but I promised myself to bust my butt making things and creating Etsy listing to make it worth it 😂. I've seen the F1 be able to cut some acrylic, so I'll test it out for you in future videos and see its limits. I'm glad I can start sharing even more affordable laser options 😊. Thank you for watching! 💕
I'm so happy I got mine. I'm so scared that it may break down like my GF did so thinking of getting a second one to have it on hand. lol, I am basically using it to mark jewelry. My next machine will be a fiber laser
Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear your Glowforge broke down 😳. Hopefully your F1 lasts longer. I have to keep reminding myself to grab it by the handle every time I try to scooch it over, but other than that it seems durable. It's definitely great for marking jewelry and nice to have different machines for different things rather than making one work too much.
I'm back and in a new studio space, so I'm hoping it's easier for me to record than at home! Btw, I keep accidentally saying I've had my Glowforge for 3.5 years.. I've had it 4.5 years. I clearly don't know what year it is anymore lol Hope you enjoyed this review and testing style video. I've used this machine for several more weeks after recording this, and it honestly keeps blowing me away - I can't wait to show you what else I've been able to make on it! If you're interested in this machine for starting your business or making custom products at markets, you can check it out here :) bit.ly/3Oa0BOC
I accidentally made this short a couple seconds too long and it posted as a video instead of a short. So if you saw this already.. pretend you didn't 😅💜 Anyways, here's my link to the F1 if you're interested in it! www.xtool.com/products/xtool-f1?ref=dvQn_4bQ_tsA&
