Crazy how I learned about eating 1 meal a day from a guy who people called fringe or extreme almost 10 years ago. Now I find out that it’s how all the Prophet’s ate. 1 meal a day sounds extreme, but it ensures you’re extremely hungry and every meal tastes incredible no matter what it is.

These 6 weeks old chickens are not halaal, let's face it. The way they are treated is horrible. 😢 They get hatched and then sent on a production line, they dont get to experience the warmth of their mother, they are fed day and night and dont get rest. They are given hormones to grow faster. The whole process is just wrong.

It is not true at all that eating meat today is unethical. You don't know your stuff.

I always found it so disgusting when people ate meat in excess. You don't need it more than once a week. It will not kill you. These people act like we don't have to rear and then kill so many animals in inhumane conditions to keep up the demand for this unnaturally high meat intake. What's the point in fasting Ramadan at all if you can't practise that same discipline at any other point in the year?

The reason why Persians are hated today is because they became Shia Muslims. So there is lot of propaganda by Nasibis against Persians. Persoans contributed to both Sunni ans Shia Islam. Proud to be Shia Muslim
